We had the BEST time!!! Honestly, the highlight of our day was meeting our driver and guide, Wayan 🤍 He’s such an amazing person overall, super kind, patient, and genuinely fun to be around. He took us to so many beautiful, less touristy spots and even joined in on activities so we wouldn’t feel scared, which meant so much! He also brought us to local shops where everything was more affordable, and we learned so much from him about Balinese culture along the way. We visited Swing Heaven, Kayon Jungle Resort, did ATV rides, and went to Alas Harum, all DIY, and Wayan made it so easy for us to get everywhere smoothly. So grateful we met him 🫶🏻

Our guide, Wara, was incredibly kind. He spoke Korean exceptionally well, which made the entire trip very comfortable. We were worried because our tour day was two days before Nyepi, but luckily there was no traffic, and we had enough time to add a visit to the Segara Coffee Plantation. The drive from Seminyak to Ubud took about an hour and a half. Our tour itinerary was Bali Swing - Coffee Plantation - Monkey Forest - Pison - Ubud Palace & Market - and then back to Seminyak. We were very, very satisfied. Also, because I'm afraid of monkeys, the guide accompanied me! Thank you so much! If I bring my parents here in the future, I would love to request him as our guide again. 😊

Our driver, Yut Tama, arrived, and we had previously coordinated the meeting location and time via WhatsApp. He even arrived earlier than our scheduled reservation the next day and waited for us, greeting us very kindly. This was our departure day, and our family of four adults used the service. Since we had two bags, we booked a 6-person vehicle. It was great that he provided detailed explanations on the way to the tourist attractions and gave thorough answers to all our questions. I had misunderstood the location of the Kecak Dance performance, and he was incredibly helpful in quickly getting us from the wrong location to the correct ticket reservation spot, for which I am very grateful. We comfortably visited all the desired locations for 10 hours and arrived safely at the airport at the scheduled time. This was a very satisfying service. Additionally, I asked for recommendations for a restaurant and a massage shop near the airport with shower facilities, and he guided us to places that exceeded our expectations, which was excellent. If you use this service, it's wise to plan your desired destinations in advance and consult with the driver about the order of travel, as Bali's roads can be very congested. Please keep this in mind.

Today, we had an amazing 10-hour private car tour exploring Ubud in Bali. Our driver was incredibly patient, helping us plan our itinerary and efficiently taking us to Tirta Empul Temple, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, and Ubud Palace. While driving, he also provided detailed explanations about the local geography and culture, which was very engaging. His driving was steady and reassuring, and he even proactively helped us find good angles for photos, which turned out great. On the way back, he recommended a local pork rib restaurant that served generous, affordable, and delicious portions – excellent value for money. Overall, the service was thoughtful and thorough, making it a worry-free and fulfilling day trip experience.

We booked a 12-hour car with Sandi for a private tour to Ubud, and it was an incredible experience. The car was spacious enough for 6, but just perfect for me and my wife. Sandi arrived right on time at 7 AM, and being a local, he offered fantastic suggestions that made our day special. We started at a beautiful coffee plantation where we enjoyed excellent tea, coffee, and the famous Luwak coffee. Then we visited the stunning Tirta Empul Temple, the scenic Tegalalang rice terraces, and ended with an exciting ATV ride he recommended. Sandi was super fun, knowledgeable, and shared wonderful local stories and culture throughout the day. He also took great photos for us at every stop. More than just a driver, he made us feel like we were experiencing Bali with a friend. Highly recommend booking with Sandi for an authentic and memorable Bali tour!

Our driver, NGOERAH, made it a wonderful trip from morning till night. We traveled from our hotel in Nusa Dua to Ubud, and although we had planned a very ambitious tour, he took the time and traffic into consideration. He suggested what we could and couldn't do, as well as new places to visit, creating a highly satisfying plan that made effective use of our time. The actual course we took included a swing, rice terraces, civet coffee, Tirta Empul Temple, Goa Gajah, and a seafood BBQ at Jimbaran Beach, which was just right for a 12-hour tour. Highly recommended!

Digda our driver was great, he organised our day tour which included rice terraces, coffee sampling, Bali swing, waterfalls and lunch. Nothing was rushed and everything was perfect. car condition: was first class and comfortable

We were very grateful to our Japanese-speaking driver, Mr. Sumadi. Due to a royal funeral that day, we were unable to visit the Royal Palace and Monkey Forest area as originally planned. Mr. Sumadi came up with an alternative plan for us. In the morning, we enjoyed rafting (with lunch included), followed by Happy Swing at the rice terraces (with dress and photoshoot), and then a coffee farm (with over 15 types of tasting). Our children had plenty of fun playing and interacting with nature, and after tiring themselves out, they were able to relax and rest comfortably in the car on the way back, which was great. We could have used Grab, but Mr. Sumadi was always waiting for us in the parking lot, which made it easy to get around. He also taught us a lot about Bali. We are so glad we booked him. Thank you very much! Our Japanese speaking driver Mr.Sumadi was very responsible, patient and polite, great personality! He showed at the hotel lobby on time and listened to us well, took us to Bali bintang rafting, Happy swing and a coffee farm which we can experience their special tasting session. The car is new and spacious enough for a family for four and super clean. Highly recommended!

Since we arrived on a late-night flight the day before, we were picked up at a hotel near the airport. We planned to stay in Ubud that day, so we visited Tegallalang Rice Terrace, enjoyed lunch with a view at Kintamani Highlands, and if time permitted, Tirta Empul Temple. At Tegallalang Rice Terrace, we experienced the zipline and swing. The driver was very kind and helpful, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. It was a lot of fun. Afterward, we moved to Kintamani Highlands (Kintamani requires an additional fee), and lunch with the amazing view exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth paying the extra fee. The lunch itself was also delicious and satisfying. Later, at Tirta Empul Temple, we experienced the purification ritual. The driver taught us the proper etiquette, which we wouldn't have known if we had gone alone, making it a truly valuable experience. We were able to fulfill everything we wanted to do on this Bali trip. By adding a little extra to the airport-to-Ubud transfer fee, you can include sightseeing and travel efficiently. We highly recommend chartering a car.

I made a late reservation on the night of the 24th. I was worried because it was so late, but fortunately, the reservation went through, and I also confirmed the meeting details with the driver via WhatsApp. I received a confirmation message early in the morning, and even though our meeting was scheduled for 7:30 AM, he arrived early, around 7:00 AM. Ali, our Korean-speaking driver, was incredibly kind and smart. He provided excellent explanations about Bali's history and language, shared stories about his family and hometown, and gave us insights into various aspects of Indonesia. He apologized for his less-than-perfect Korean, showing consideration for us, and gave a very satisfying explanation about our destination, Ubud. His thoughtfulness and kindness towards guests were ingrained in him, making us feel very comfortable. We laughed and chatted together for the entire 10-hour trip, having a wonderful time. Upon reaching our destination, we expressed our gratitude to Ali, the Korean-speaking driver who, despite his small stature, made our whole day enjoyable, and we parted ways happily. There were no extra charges or unreasonable demands, and thanks to Ali, we were able to conclude our last day of travel today in a pleasant and comfortable way! The car was clean, and his driving was safe and comfortable, adhering to every single traffic signal. Korean-speaking driver Ali is truly wonderful! ^^ I'm so sad we didn't get a photo with Ali because we were laughing and chatting so much... T_T
