I was initially worried about finding the shuttle, but it was the bus with the rafting picture on it, so it was easy to spot. When you board, they'll confirm your details and ask if you need to rent shoes; you can also wear your own flip-flops. Along the way, there are stops for restrooms and a small town called Tully, where you can buy food and find a supermarket for lunch. Afterward, we continued to our destination. As soon as we got off the bus, we put on the wetsuits, thermal vests, life vests, and helmets they provided. It was great because the thermal vests were very warm. You need to wear your own pants (it's best to wear your swimsuit underneath). On the bus, they'll tell you who your instructor is, and once you're geared up, you can find them directly. Outdoor activities really depend on the instructor, so having a good one makes it a lot of fun! On the way back, we also stopped at a restaurant for dinner, and then we looked at the day's photos. You can split the cost of the photos with others on your boat, so it's quite a good deal, and the pictures turned out great! Safety: Very safe! We wore life vests, and the instructors were very professional!

our guide name was John. we had one of the best experiences ever. the tour company was really good but shout out to our guide John who made it really fun and adventurous. he is really knowledgeable and knows his stuff so well. this tour won’t have been great without him. thank you and would definitely recommend it.

The overall service completely met our expectations, and both the crew and instructors were extremely friendly and professional. The underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef is still magnificent, but the impact of coral death and bleaching is definitely noticeable; it is not as glorious as it used to be. We sincerely recommend that anyone who wants to go should do so as soon as possible! Sea conditions vary depending on the weather, so if you are prone to motion sickness, be sure to take seasickness medication in advance so it doesn't ruin your trip.

All of the staff members were extremely kind. Also, the path on the way to the nude beach is really slippery and dangerous, so sneakers or sports sandals are recommended. However, the nude beach itself was stunningly beautiful, and from the bottom of my heart, I am so glad I came! The snorkeling gear was clean, too! And... I left something behind on the boat on the way there... When I told them about it, they checked the boat that had returned, and I safely got my belongings back. I was feeling down because of my own carelessness, but the staff were truly so kind that I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay on the island! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Got a taste of what it feels like to be a foreigner—the two of us were the only foreigners on the entire boat. The snorkeling spots we visited were fantastic with great visibility, allowing us to see plenty of small fish and colorful coral reefs. There were also unique little fish nearby, and the staff even provided explanations. However, since the whole thing was in English, I could only catch and understand the general gist. Safety: Pretty safe, with about one instructor for every 4 people. Experience: Maximum satisfaction.

this is a great trip. it’s very relaxed and when you reach the island you have the freedom to do what you want in terms of paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkelling, etc. it was pretty cold and rained a lot but still managed to do a fair bit. just relaxing on the beach was not something to enjoy. the boat ride, the crew, the croc spotting was all great. Andy’s knowledge and enthusiasm of all things reef was an honour to be a part of. morning tea and cake was a nice pick me up. lunch was lovely. there was no afternoon tea but all too full from lunch to miss it.

It was really chill and fun! The crew members were very helpful and they kept us safe. Definitely recommended if you are not looking for something very dramatic.

It is a simple tour that only includes the ferry and snorkeling gear rental, but we were able to spend our time freely on Fitzroy Island, which made for a wonderful experience. The return ferry in the evening turned into a sunset cruise, which was amazing.

very exciting 30mins of adrenalin pumping fun.. we probably spun 10 times or more.. lovely views out there on the waters. highly recommended. they took very nice photos and videos too (purchase separately)
