The location is on top of a hill, so carrying luggage was quite difficult, but both the room and common areas were very clean. I would like to stay here again.

Good location in the heart of the CBD, relatively clean room and good concierge service. Housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent and missed out on replacing some items but otherwise satisfactory stay. In close proximity to the famous Lune croissants as well

Good location in the South Bank area with close proximity to museums, shops, and restaurants. Large space with very good amenities. Condo living.

We had an enjoyable stay midweek at the Metropolitan. The free city loop bus is just down the street 60m. Although there is outside road noise, it didn't bother us. Room was good size, clean, enough amenities inc. coffee pod machine.
Downside - bed was too soft and would have been nice to have little table & chairs on balcony. Staff really welcoming.
All round good value hotel. Will stay again.

This is a great place to see koalas! While you can't hold them, you can pet them. There are also many koalas and you can get quite close, so you can gaze at them to your heart's content without worrying about crowds. This is also the best place to feed kangaroos. Most of the kangaroos don't seem interested in eating, but if you put food in your palm and offer it near their mouths, they surprisingly eat it. You can pet the kangaroos as much as you like, and I was so touched by how friendly they are. There are also free shows held in various locations, which I enjoyed. I spent a leisurely day from morning until about 3 PM. The park was also a good size, which was nice. I want to go again!

When we trek through the forest, our guide will teach us about the plants and trees. The snorkeling spot has an abundance of fish, and everyone can participate, regardless of whether they can swim, as life vests are provided. Younger children might have a little trouble controlling the snorkel. The water won't be very cold in August, but it's best to dry off quickly after getting out, as the sea breeze can still make it feel a bit chilly. The boat ride to feed the fish is also great; the fish will eagerly jump out of the water to eat. For lunch, there are large flatbread wraps with vegetables and meat, which are definitely filling!
