I'm Japanese! I'm on a family trip to Australia! My parents are golfing, and I joined this tour alone, getting picked up from the Gold Coast. Many of the participants were English speakers, and everyone was speaking English. I can't speak English at all, but I managed with the Felo translation app, gestures, and intuition! 😂 There was another person who joined alone, and I kayaked with them (the only paired activity). I powered through that too! Honestly, I was super anxious and nervous, but I think I'll stop being nervous partway through! Nearly 20 people participated, and I exchanged Instagrams with two of them. I probably won't see most of these people again, so don't be unnecessarily nervous, just go for it! ^^

Was a very smooth ride on the river and learned a lot from the recording about the history of the land. We saw so many koalas and other animals too! Would recommend :)

This was my first snorkeling experience, and I had a wonderful time. Before we set off, a questionnaire was given to each traveler to assess their swimming and diving experience. Since I don't know how to swim and had no prior snorkeling experience, I tried snorkeling under the guidance of our leader, Yuji. Throughout the process, I deeply appreciated Yuji's meticulousness and attention to detail; he explained all the safety precautions very clearly. As for the food on the island, I personally found it delicious, and the other facilities and environment were kept very neat and clean (especially the restrooms, which had no unpleasant odors at all). This was truly a fantastic trip. Thank you, Yuji, for your encouragement, which helped me successfully unlock snorkeling.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Many thanks to Tania, our amazing tour guide. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the whole trip enjoyable and memorable. It was easy to follow the instructions on Klook for using the Airtrain and the MRT to get to the Gold Coast from Brisbane International Airport.
Unfortunately, at that time, there was a problem with the train, so I took a bus to Rome Street, then took the train to Helensvale on the Gold Coast.
Apart from that, the travel was okay.
I recommend this kind of transportation for those who are not in a hurry.

Avoid the inconvenience of transferring on public transportation (especially since I had two checked bags and a large backpack), and arrive directly at the Gold Coast. Plus, the driver will call out each stop according to the reservation, so you don't have to worry about missing your stop! It's a truly convenient way to travel.

Seamless and much cheaper than an Uber! Super easy transition from International arrivals—just take the lift up to the Airtrain platform. They scanned my Klook voucher smoothly, and I was on my way. It’s definitely the most cost-effective and hassle-free way to get into Brisbane City.
