The apartment was lovely and clean BUT very noisy! Host was terrible at replying to messages. Requested an early check in by an hour which was ignored! Drainage in the apartment needs to be sorted out.

Handy position. Our room had no view, not at all like picture on site listing. Room was adequate but bland and tired. Needed a fresh paint and refresh. Foyer in section 18 smelt of smoke and was dirty and needed a good clean. Lifts also quite grubby.

Had great room. 1 massive problem was the bed was faulty. Im sure some 300kg person sat on side of beans its all out of shape. Needs maybe new mattress at least. Had really terrible sleep in that bed
