The tour leader was great and emphasized the importance of being on time, mentioning that the bus would leave otherwise. This reminder was very helpful, and everyone was on time today, February 2nd. Lunch was delicious. The snow tubing and sledding in the morning were a lot of fun. The weather was great, with light, fine snow falling. We had a lot of fun. The strawberries were delicious, and we ate so many we were stuffed. The tofu skin making experience in the afternoon was fantastic. It was my first time making tofu skin myself, and it was a lot of fun. Today's itinerary was wonderful. We were constantly eating and on our way to eat, haha. It was an excellent trip. The tour leader and guide were Taiwanese, very helpful, and helped me take photos. They were very nice. This trip was great, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to play in the snow.

Mr. Jude (蔡萌) is a responsible and friendly tour guide. Despite the unexpectedly worse-than-usual snowy road conditions, he did his utmost to accommodate our request to spend extra time at Ginzan Onsen to enjoy its beautiful gas-lit atmosphere.
The highlight was the renowned Zao Snow Monster Ropeway tour. Even during peak hours on a busy Saturday, Jude successfully secured the ropeway tickets and thoughtfully arranged for us to stay longer at Jizo Sancho Ropeway Station (地藏山頂駅), allowing us to fully appreciate the Jizo Son (藏王地藏尊) and the spectacular Zao Snow Monsters (藏王樹冰).
Thumbs up to Jude (蔡萌) for his dedication and excellent service.

I misread and thought I was going to Hoshino and the Prince Outlet, but it turned out to be a choice between the two. I changed my itinerary at the last minute and notified the driver and guide, Mr. Wu, but there was a misunderstanding that caused him to search for us everywhere. Thank you.

A day trip to Karuizawa offers a wonderful vacation vibe: Kumoba Pond's waters reflect the surrounding forest, and strolling along the wooden boardwalk of Harunire Terrace, enjoying coffee, desserts, and bread, is incredibly therapeutic. Karuizawa is worth planning an overnight stay next time. Tour guide Liu was friendly and professional, providing detailed explanations, covering everything from historical culture and customs to cuisine, making the overall experience perfect.

Wow! Highly recommend this tour. Our driver, Setsu, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and spoke English well. This mostly self-guided tour goes away from the overcrowded areas which was a breath of fresh air when visiting seaside shrines and market. Gave us the freedom to explore at our own pace. Our favorite stop was the flower and illumination gardens. Truly a must visit, and this is our 5th visit to Japan. Have to try the roasted to order dango (best we’ve had) in the flower garden and the fresh seafood at the seaside market. The vendors cater mostly to Japanese so we found the prices to be more affordable.

just the winter illumination at ashikaga makes it totally worth it! it is a truly magical experience, perfect for all ages. for the hitachi seaside park, make sure you check the flowering status before going. unfortunately for us the flowers were mowed in preparation for the next season, but the park still offers sand dunes, grass fields, rock garden and an amusement park.

its time consuming to go to places so far away from the city centre. its nice to have a tour bus with a tour guide to show you around! would be much better if we had more time in Kawagoe!
