lovely day out for our first proper day in Tokyo. Staff at the stations were very helpful with explaining how to get there. park is very relaxing and perfect for any Moomin fan
The scenery is beautiful, a great place to relax and clear your mind. The ticket, including transportation, is a fantastic deal. You just need to scan the QR code on the website, which is very convenient.
It's a really great deal, and the tickets are very convenient; you just show them on your phone. I added an express ticket to take the Laview from Ikebukuro to Hanno, which got me there faster. I also used the transportation pass to visit Kawagoe. Moomin Valley Park had quite a few people on the weekend, but the park isn't very big, so it's perfect to combine with a trip to Kawagoe. ❤️
very nice place and the pass was convenient but I want to suggest something. The pass is for all seibu line but if you want to save more time and take faster line, you have to take limited express which is seat-reserved and pay for additional fee. I pay 600 yen for limited express for each.
It's perfect for taking kids; it feels more like a park with decorations and playground equipment. You'll go crazy buying Moomin merchandise! There are so many exclusive items that you can get all at once. There's a black and yellow sandwich cookie that's delicious, affordable, and comes with 20 pieces, making it a great souvenir.
super easy to exchange at Ikebukuro tourist center. the ticket needs to be validated at the in person gate. aim to be there a little earlier in case there’s a line getting in. I’ve been to Moomin valley park and it’s really just a nature park that’s Moomin themed. it’s not crowded so it’s perfect for the whole family.
It is very cost-effective to buy tickets + Seibu Railway one-day pass (train from Ikebukuro to Hanno + bus from Hanno to the park), but I only spent a whole day at Lulumi Land. Although I don’t have the energy to use the one-day pass to visit other attractions, it is still very good. Worth it~
A great experience, especially for kids. Not too busy, and the travel pass made it so much easier than it might have been. Highly recommend!
