It was very cold early in the morning. When it was time for the day's activity, the driver was a bit delayed. I was very nervous at the time because I didn't have any contact information, so I sent many customer service messages and even made an international call. Fortunately, the driver arrived shortly after, and it turned out to be a false alarm. After that, the hot air balloon activity went very smoothly. With the great weather and even seeing the sunrise, it was a perfect ending. I highly recommend this activity.

I had 10 minute flight and it was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly. If weather was clear, it would be perfect but view was still stunning and I enjoyed it very much. I definitely recommend it.

Waking up before dawn, I thought to myself, "Is it really worth it?" The moment the hot air balloon took off, there was only one answer: absolutely worth it! So incredibly worth it! After the flight, there's a delicious breakfast, wine tasting, and you even get to feed alpacas. Highly recommend this hot air balloon experience! 🎈 We even had the chance to take photos inside the hot air balloon and help pack it away after the flight, which made the experience even more memorable. The pilot was very experienced, friendly, and shared lots of interesting information throughout the journey. Our package also included a delicious breakfast at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. They even dropped us off there after the flight and kindly helped us book a Grab back to our hotel. It was a wonderful and well-organised experience from start to finish. Definitely worth it!

It’s a great experience to do this hot air balloon ride, we departed from hotel at 3am and started the ride at 5am, enjoy so much especially with the sunrise! the pilot is great and professional, highly recommend this balloon ride.
