Great place to stay. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is excellent!

The hotel is close to the beach, and there's a supermarket in B1, but the supermarket doesn't sell alcohol. For alcoholic beverages, you need to turn left after leaving the hotel to KWS to buy them (the clerk is very handsome XD)! The surrounding area is also quite lively. The light rail station is right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to go anywhere.

double the price booking via this app paid over $500, when I booked at the Hilton same room was only $270 per night. every time I use Klook I find its over priced. use with caution and do your research. happy travels people

The views were beautiful! We got the one facing the sea and it was amazing. Loved the fully equipped kitchen as well. Their check out time is very strict so do take note on that!

The location is very strategic, close to the mall, restaurants, and the tram.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Island Gold Coast. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They tried to prioritize our room when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. They even swapped us to a better room due to a connection issue with the Wi-Fi. It is located at a very convenient spot. It offers close access to the beach and also the tram station and the coach terminal. It was a pleasant stay with them.

The front desk closes after 6 PM, so late check-ins can be inconvenient. You'll need a text message code to retrieve the key from a safe. The room doesn't have a universal adapter, but there is a microwave, which is very convenient for heating up groceries from the supermarket. The water park and heated pool are great for family activities.
