double the price booking via this app paid over $500, when I booked at the Hilton same room was only $270 per night. every time I use Klook I find its over priced. use with caution and do your research. happy travels people

The location is very strategic, close to the mall, restaurants, and the tram.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Island Gold Coast. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They tried to prioritize our room when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. They even swapped us to a better room due to a connection issue with the Wi-Fi. It is located at a very convenient spot. It offers close access to the beach and also the tram station and the coach terminal. It was a pleasant stay with them.

3 minutes walking distance from Southport South Tram Station. Very clean. Was checked in at level 3, water pressure not so good. The housekeeping didn't top up coffee tea but change the towel every day

The views were beautiful! We got the one facing the sea and it was amazing. Loved the fully equipped kitchen as well. Their check out time is very strict so do take note on that!

What an incredible stay! We stayed Friday and Saturday night for our anniversary and had an ocean view room, that was simply stunning. Perfect for a special occasion Would definitely stay again. 😃

The front desk closes after 6 PM, so late check-ins can be inconvenient. You'll need a text message code to retrieve the key from a safe. The room doesn't have a universal adapter, but there is a microwave, which is very convenient for heating up groceries from the supermarket. The water park and heated pool are great for family activities.
