Fantastic 5.0
It was a bang for the buck! Very straightforward itinerary and we were able to go to all of them. Nick, our tour guide, was very nice and gave us a few candies/sweets for the road. Obviously, since it is a tour, expect that time given per location is limited and you need to plan out how to make the best out of the spots to get good photos. The tour was a great experience for me and my mum. I would highly recommend it!

Big shoutout to Michael who did all the driving and tour guide stuff and prepared breakfast for us. it was no easy task driving and guiding us through locations particularly under the rain and cold. Michael was absolutely the most passionate tour guide! Even spotted wild Koalas and kangaroos!

Excellent Great Ocean Road tour experience. The driver was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the journey safe and enjoyable. Time management was spot on — every stop was well-planned with no rushing and no wasted time. Food arrangements were good and convenient, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. The stop locations were perfectly chosen, giving enough time to take photos, explore, and truly appreciate the scenery. Overall, a well-organized, smooth, and high-quality tour. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed it more than I imagined! At first, I was hesitant to join the day tour because of the high price, but I thought it was a good deal because this tour includes the admission fee to Victoria Zoo (usually 56 AUD). At Victoria Zoo, I was able to see rare animals such as koalas, kangaroos, and wombats up close. I couldn't touch the animals, but the 3:00 PM Bird show was worth seeing. If you sit on the right side of the steam train, you can take beautiful pictures at the bridge you see immediately after departure. It was nice that the guide took a video from below. It takes about an hour from Belgrave Station to Lake Side Station. You can see the scenery rich in nature from the bus during the journey, so I recommend this tour for people who want to enjoy the nature of Australia.

We had a full day tour on the Great Ocean Road. Our tour guide, Jools, from the West Tour was very kind and lovely. She had a trivia 101 to each place we visited. She also gave us little souveniers together with her Gumnut. This trip was all worth every penny. A must try when you visit Melbourne.

My partner and I signed up for this full-day tour, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Our guide, Curtis, was very engaging and thoughtful, and he really made our trip very fun and entertaining. There were sufficient time to explore the different checkpoints at a very comfortable pace. Our personal favourite was the penguin parade. We upgraded to premium tickets and it was absolutely worth it. Watching the penguins waddle back to shore very mesmerising. Highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide was Shin. He was organized and took care of us. He went through the itinerary at the beginning and then let us know the expected time required for each transit which was accurate. He also prepared bottled water and drinks for us. The pickup van was clean and tidy. Great choice for solo travellers.

Fantastic 5.0
Meeting Go to west travel agency on a long, full-day tour was truly a stroke of luck. (I'm deliberately taking a different tour with a different agency and regretting it immensely.) Having traveled to many countries and participated in numerous tour programs, this one ranks among the very best. (I heard from another traveler that this agency is highly recommended even within Australia.) The kind confirmation and easily understandable English put me at ease from the start. The group size was perfect at around 20 people, the meeting times were intuitively displayed on a whiteboard, there was Wi-Fi on the bus (though it wasn't very reliable), the explanations were concise and easy to understand, the music during transit was fitting, the meal times and tour time allocation were well-managed, and the wildlife spotting was fascinating - it was all perfect. What made this whole experience so satisfying was our guide James A's humor, positive energy, and his wise judgment and leadership. Thank you also to our wonderful driver (with the cute smile) who meticulously looked for and avoided animals and ensured we arrived safely late at night. I am truly grateful to those who made my precious day so wonderful.

Fantastic 5.0
Participating in the Great Ocean Road reverse tour was pretty good, because it really involves a lot of travel. The driver-guide also said that this is the most tiring and exhausting of many Melbourne tour itineraries. Since we arrived at the Twelve Apostles before noon, we were still energetic and could seriously explore it well. If it were a normal itinerary, arriving at the Twelve Apostles last, I might be too tired to explore vigorously. The driver-guide was fluent in both Chinese and English, and was also very kind in introducing the small town where we had lunch, what specialties to eat, and reminding tourists of safety precautions for traveling in Melbourne at the end of the tour. The Twelve Apostles, as well as various rocky coastal landforms, are incredibly marvelous. We returned to Melbourne city around 6 pm, which wasn't too late. Not every stop on the tour has a toilet, so don't drink too much water.
