We had a great family visit to SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. The kids loved the penguins, sharks, and underwater tunnel, and there were plenty of interactive exhibits to keep them entertained. The aquarium is clean, stroller-friendly, and easy to explore with children. It can get busy, but overall it’s a fun and educational attraction that’s well worth visiting for families with kids.
price: Affordable service: good service and friendly staff experience: we had an amazing experience to look around and beautiful sceneries. ease of booking on Klook: easy to book and scan the barcode, thank you klook apps☺️ facilities: beautiful place
Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium is a fun place to visit. Got many different marine species and the walk through is easy. You can see sharks, rays, penguins, jellyfish and colourful reef fish. The exhibits are clear and you can get a close look at the animals. Good for families and also for solo visitors. The info boards are simple to understand. You will enjoy the place and learn something new.
Such a fun and relaxing day out! SEA LIFE Melbourne was a great experience—so many amazing sea creatures to see up close! The huge crocodile was a real standout—massive and kind of terrifying in the best way. The jellyfish and penguins were also super cool. It’s perfect for families, couples, or even solo visits. Really chill vibe and plenty of photo ops. Loved it!
SEA LIFE Melbourne is an incredible underwater experience that’s both fun and educational. The exhibits are beautifully designed, with a wide variety of marine life—from graceful rays to mesmerizing jellyfish and massive sharks. The Oceanarium tunnel is a definite highlight. Everything is well-organized, and the interactive zones are perfect for kids. A must-visit for ocean lovers! I love the Penguins!
The aquarium is well maintained and although i thought it looked small from outside, it is quite big on the inside. The best attraction here for us is the penguins section which is the last stop in their map. There is a 4D show in penguins about 15 min, didn’t really see the 3D pop up effect like what we experienced at Legoland. We parked at Crown multi level carpark and walked to the aquarium about 10-15 min. Took the chance to bring the kids on the trams as well but we only hop on the free tram zone after aquarium. South Wharf DFO is walking distance too. I used Moovit app and hop ok the tram from Sea Life to the 4th stop and walked to DFO. So probably it is weekday and our parking at Crown multi level definitely more than 5 hours costs us AUD 15, which is not bad. Great for walks but it was quite chilly with the wind blowing.
Amazing experience! The aquarium was easy to navigate and full of interesting things to "sea". I've been to different aquariums before, so I thought it would be boring, but this one offers a very different experience. I highly recommend you try it as well. The best part was the penguin section because Pesto, the big chick, was there! He's a big fluff of feathers—sooo cute!
Buying on Klook is cheaper than buying on-site. Do note that on-site only accepts card payment. Managed to see Pesto the penguin (Main Attraction) and the giant croc!
