Sally and Bruce from Klook did an excellent job arranging our customized tour. The hotels we stayed at we very conveniently located and quite nice. Mr. Jiang who was our tour guide did an amazing job driving us around and explaining the history and culture of Guilin and Yangshuo. I would thoroughly recommend him as he was the best tour guide we had on our entire trip.

Our mum and us had a great experience with our gentleman guide, Colin. Communication in English was seamless. Especially enjoyed the Yulong river rafting.

I absolutely loved this tour! The Li River and the incredible karst mountains around Guilin are breathtakingly beautiful and truly something everyone should see at least once. A special thank you to our guide - she was amazing! I was the only foreign tourist in the group, and she was incredibly attentive throughout the entire trip. She regularly sent me all the important information separately via WeChat, which made everything very easy and comfortable for me. She also made sure I always knew where to go and never got lost. Another lovely touch was that during the trip she kept offering us different local snacks and interesting things to try. It made the experience feel even more welcoming and personal. Everything was very well organized, the scenery was spectacular, and the guide made the experience even better. One of the highlights of my trip to Guilin. Highly recommended!

The tour guide was so helpful and kind. I was the only foreigner and didn't really understand Chinese but she used translator to explain about the tour schedule so that I didn't get confused throughout the tour. She kept checking me if I understood and talked nicely towards me, so I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tour very much. This tour has become one of the most memorable experience in my life thanks to that sweet guide. Thank you so much and I highly recommend the tour!

Despite it being the peak of Golden Week congestion, we were able to communicate via WeChat from discussing the meeting point the day before to the bus pickup for our return, making our cruise very comfortable. The onboard meals were also plentiful and satisfying. However, in China, all minor communications are done through WeChat, so it might be quite inconvenient if you don't register for WeChat in advance.
