Superb as always! kids friendly hotel. beach is private and near. as usual, weekend nights got activity at the open space.

For families with kids of kindergarten age who want easy access to the Adventure water park next door that's accessible directly via a side gate for a daily admission fee. Hotel infinity pool itself is to small for a huge hotel with 365 rooms.

Hotels with a beach, and an outdoor bathtub in the room.
This vacation I came to Sand and Sandals Desaru
Let's see how good it is.
This room is huge (suitable for families with children)

Toilet, shower room, washbasin, all separated, big swimming pool
There is a small Arcade
Children's playground
Lots of food: cafe, Chinese, Malay food are all available, with a private beach
Breakfast has many choices

the resort was superb, spa is good and also for food is delicious.

This is the third time for my wife and I. First is with my family when the resort was 30 days old. Second was with my friends, and the third time was this recent one with my family again. Experience has been fantastic!

service: receptionist at the pool smoking during their working time. the smoke from his cigarette making people uncomfortable during at pool. many kids and baby also pregnant women there feeling uncomfortable by his action. hopefully something will be done regarding this matter
breakfast: breakfast is excellent as always. hopefully in future, you could add some traditional kuih muih to add some variety for breakfast
hotel location: prefect location for someone who wanted a break from caos in the city. near the beach and there is a small town nearby there.

Good location with supermarket in front of hotel. Appreciate the sweet decoration and cake by hotel as we are celebrating our anniversary. Room was big, parking lot was quite packed when coming back at about 9+pm

Extra marks cause they provide prayer mat for muslim 👍we really enjoyed sunset view from our room. Breakfast got variety of tasty foods
