Transport in Tokyo

The easiest and fastest way to reach Asagaya Station from Narita Airport is by taking Narita Express to Tokyo Station. We bought our tickets on the spot via Klook and got ‘em right away. It was so easy to claim.

easy and convenient to buy the tickets using Klook. have bought the same tickets many times. just hard to decide if v should buy 3 double days or 2 triple days tickets, which ended up there were days we didn’t take the subway at all… as very often, jr was more direct and less time consuming to travel especially if u r leaving the Tokyo station.

very easy to use and it covers all modes of public transport. it’s a QR code with a timer so you cannot take a screenshot and use the screenshot for scanning. you must use the original page/screenshot. but do not fret. it is ok because you can use and/or refresh the QR code without internet. some attendants may ask you to just show the QR code not to scan. it worked on the pirate ship boat, trains, ropeway etc. it was a great time.

the bua depart on time, the location quiet tricky. its on the east building of the shibuya mark city. the location on apps was wrong, you need to click the map (link) instead. take the lift to the 4th floor then you will need to take the escalator to the 5th floor. as they didnt have direct access to 5th floor. the coordinator speaks english! you dont have to worry

IC cards are still the best option when traveling within Tokyo. Unlimited passes only work on certain lines. I did the math for all the fares we would be paying for our entire trip with the help of Google, and realized that the Suica card would only cost us each JPY 200 more than the unlimited pass for the Toei line. The card comes preloaded with 2000jpy each and we only had to top it up 3 times after. But it got us to Tokyo Disneyland, Warner Bros. Studios, and Gotokuji Temple. The only hard part in the process is finding the redemption area, which is located in the farthest spot from the arrival hall and there are no signs that points you there. Also the person who entertained me didn't understand that he needed to scan 1 QR code per person. Good thing he had a coworker explain it to him. So it's best to learn a few phrases to help you with this.

must buy for all tokyo travellers 😁 u can see mount fuji, using shinkansen to gala, watching snow and playing ski on gala yuzawa. unlimited airport train from narita or haneda. using yamanote line and all jr east train. so worth it. i travel japan for four days and this thing help me so much to saving monry to go to almost every tourist destination. really a must buy for u guys 😁

The whole process was very fqst qnd efficient. Getting thr tickets at the machine was pretty straight forward, but we needed a but of help from the staff in order to figure out how to reserve our seat, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The train had plenty of luggage space for larger suitcases, and well as overhead shelves for carry on. It only took just under an hour to get from Narita Airport to Tokyo station. we booked a return ticket, and they issued both upon first collection, so make sure to keep your return ticket safely.

The voucher was easily redeemable and the process to board the bus was smooth and seamless. Nice and comfy ride. The onboard restroom was an added bonus.
