Wonderful hotel with beautiful views. Hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a touch of brutalist minimalism on the outside and industrial interiors. I love the wide open lobby space that leads to the mountain views. All the staff were polished in hospitality training and very friendly. Enjoyed the spa as well, wish I could have stayed anothed day! Room was very comfortable and breakfast was great as well.

nice hotel especially with the kids. they accomodate my special requests altho we have to wait. was hoping they already prepared as i kept updating we are on our way etc. kids want to swim everyday on the man made beach and its heated pool too. connected to the mall easy to find food eventho you dont have any meal there although the breakfast spread was great! they got everything and affordable for walk in too.staff during checkin and checkout wered friendly and also around the hotel:) view of the mountain was also amazing! recommended

Very convenient to be attached to the mall and theme park. The only thing lacking is the area outside the hotel is not very good for walking around. You need a car to drive to somewhere of interest. But the hotel itself is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

Excellent hotel with good condition and large rooms, wide variety of breakfast options, view from room may not good subject to room however excellent location nearby there is convenience store, 15 mins drive from Bandung Station.

we came at weekdays. easy to claim the voucer. I recommend you to book through klook because it is cheaper than u walk in. on weekdays there is no long queue. kids having so much fun.

Our tour guide l, Esrina, was very accommodating. She suggested additional destinations though we opted not to add it due to time constraints as she has taken us to bazaar in the morning per our request to get some batik that we can wear throughout the tour. The tour package was very nice, and Esrina had kindly offered to take nice photos of us! i specially enjoyed the deer feeding at Ranchabali!
