our main reason for visiting JB as part of our trip to SG is just to go to legoland to celebrate the 4th birthday of our son. and legoland did not disappoint even tho there are a lot of renovations facilities or under maintainance rides our kids loved it.

We had a room on a high floor in Tower 1. Pretty good view. Everything worked fine in the room. it was clean and comfortable. The counter staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel was in a very good location with lots of eateries, salons, massage palours, etc. Not too crowded on weekdays. Will stay there again.

good hotel location with mall access. stayed premier king with lounge access. included hearty breakfast, evening refreshments with wine, coffee, tea, massage chair, etc

Great location, just behind KSL mall. Hotel is clean with good facilities. The pool and sauna is nice! rooms are clean, big and bright enough too. Rooms are inclusive of bfast buffet, which is refilled promptly even when the buffet is almost closing.

Stayed at Capri by Fraser recently and honestly, it felt super comfy and convenient. Kind of like a home away from home but fancier. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a kitchenette (even have microwaves, fridge!), which is a lifesaver if you’re looking to order food delivery and enjoy your meal in the room. The bed was also really comfy, perfect for crashing after a long day. Location-wise, it’s in a pretty good spot. Close to food places, shopping, and transport, so you don’t feel stuck. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made everything feel more welcoming. Would definitely stay again 💓

the hotel location is superb as it's just above the 2 malls (Komtar JBCC and City Square) so lots of options to eat, shop and massage. the hotel view is also very nice as it's overlooking the jb city center.

counter staffs are friendly but the room sound barrier no good also is a budget hotel room so don't expect much as at very big the room but basic needs will have inside the room. the room is clean but when you go in room & toilet got some musky smell. at L1 recept counter got provide some biscuits and water. cup noodles and other drinks got charge. location is good nearby the hotel got few eatery places & massage which open quite late and also got 24hr 7-11 walk within distance. if you know how to walk it takes abt 15min to IKEA, toppen, and Aeon. do becareful as no traffic light or bridge to the shopping mall areas.

Great experience. Very cean beds and also the bed sheets is very clean unlike other 3 or 4 rooms. Also has a complimentary drinks at the lobby, refreshing and nice. Food is also quite nice. Mixed with western and local dishes. Cool ambiance. Will definately come again.
