The driver was on time, courteous, and polite! Since public transportation isn't great in Chiayi, I tried a chartered car for the first time to explore. The entire trip was comfortable and convenient. I'm so glad I booked a car for my Korean family's visit to Taiwan! 🫶🏻

Even though it's summer vacation, it doesn't feel too crowded if you go on a weekday, especially on the Mondays they open extra days during the summer. Kids can enjoy all the facilities. Overall, it's great value for the money, especially since you can save $150 by buying tickets on Klook, which is really nice.

Buying the a+c Pavilion combo ticket is a great deal. It's ready to use immediately and features live fish in a large aquarium-like setting. It's a great place to escape the summer heat. There are many unique species inside. If you have children, expect to spend about 1.5 to 2 hours exploring at a leisurely pace.

Using QR CODE to enter the park saves time on buying tickets. The park is picturesque with blue sky and white clouds. It is a fun experience to swim with fish. The pool is divided into deep pool, shallow pool and pet pool area. There are also slides and sand pits in the park. There is also a relaxing mountain trail, which is a place suitable for all ages. This was a self-guided tour, so there was no tour guide, but overall it was a great experience! The itinerary was clear and easy to follow, and each stop was enjoyable. Everything was organized well, making it convenient to explore with plenty of time each place. I would definitely recommend this tour my family and friends.

I enjoyed this tour with a small group. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel, which made everything very convenient. In just one day I was able to see so many places—if I had tried to do it on my own using public transport, I would have only managed a few. I recommend this tour. The only part I found less impressive was the Cat Village.

Our guide Jerry was simply wonderful. After meeting Jerry at the station, we learned that it was just my husband and myself on this tour. Great! Our own private tour!
Let me start with the weather, which was out of anyones control. The monsoon was driving towards the island which made our day extremely wet! However, Jerry met us with drinks, treats and a take-away from Taiwan, in addition to rain gear (we brought our own) plus a sturdy umbrella. He shared Taiwan's history, manuevered crowded streets through hidden passages, took plenty of pictures and ensured we were always safe. In the Keelung Market, he pointed out his favorite dishes and shared bites with us. Overall - a wonderful experience. I would love to revisit in better weather to capture the beauty of the town and ocean. Next time!
