At the 1st floor counter, there is a sign indicating the KLOOK ticket collection counter. It is recommended to check the round-trip schedule on the large screen first, then inform the counter staff to issue the ticket. If the return journey is not yet confirmed, you can also reserve a seat at the return station with the invoice. On rainy days, you can reach the bus station via indoor passages from Taipei Main Station or nearby hotels and underground streets, and there are elevators or escalators, making it the perfect choice for a short suburban trip.

I had fun exploring Southern Taiwan with this 3 day pass. Very easy to use, it comes with a booklet that you'll get from the HSR counter. You can book your HSR in advance through the website, can even change your time of departure when you go to the counter. My accomodation is in Taipei and the day trips in Taichung and Tainan was just a breeze. HSR also provides free shuttle bus between HSR station to the main city, just research for the bus number. You have to go through the staff at the gates to pass through, they will inspect the booklet. I'll comeback to explore more of South Taiwan!

The rental location is right next to Luodong Back Station, and the store is right outside the station. The store adopts a semi-self-service rental method. Fill in the information online and upload the front and back of your driver's license, join Line to report the car condition and photos of the dashboard, and then you can start your journey; on the return trip, you can add the fuel before departure and return the car by yourself at any time, take photos and send them back, flexible and free.

We chose to cook hot spring food at Qingshui Geothermal Park, Make scallion bread & buy souvenirs at Chumi Family Farm, Admire the larch trees & Anong Creek at Tianxin Bridge in Sanxing Township, Visit Meihua Lake in Dongshan Township for sightseeing, Along the way, he also took us to the Shiqiu Tiemalang Trail Observation Deck (Dafu Observation Deck) to view Guishan Island from afar, and we were able to touch the fine black sand & watch the waves on the Yilan coast. Underrated experience in Taiwan! We chose the Sanrio train to travel back to Taipei station. No meals onboard (because Taichung is just hours away) but they do provide unlimited drinks, some snacks and free karaoke (in Mandarin) . thanks klook!

We had an awesome time in Yilan. The driver Tony was awesome as he took time to explain the places we visit and also help us to take lots of photos. The most interesting part of the trip was the making of scallion pan cake where we literally made our own pan cake from scratch! Overall, a good day trip to the countryside of Taiwan.

the bus was comfy and redemption was fast. bus departed on time. recommended for those who are not rushing for time and to get rest during the journey.

Before leaving, I forgot to double-check the reservation time, and went straight there. Luckily, the lady was still in Jiaoxi. She came 10 minutes later to style our hair, apply light makeup, and coordinate it with the kimono. She even taught us poses for photos! A great experience.
