This trip was beyond imagination, even though I didn't see the blue flame on the day I went. The vehicle was comfortable with ample legroom, and Mr. Rudi was a gentleman and punctual. If you like swimming, the hotel has a pool. Also, when we departed at 11:00 PM, the hotel packed the rice that we didn't redeem the coupon for in time, and Ms. Judi brought it to the car. It was very impressive. I encourage everyone to try this experience once in their life. Watching the sunrise at Mount Bromo is not difficult, but at Ijen, the path is quite steep for a long distance. I recommend being in reasonably good physical condition.

The Bromo tour was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen in my life, and every moment felt surreal and unforgettable. Although it was raining on the way from Surabaya, we were lucky to arrive at King Kong Hill under clear skies, allowing us to enjoy the full view. We also had the best driver and a wonderfully kind guide who made the whole journey even more comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was so perfect that I have absolutely no regrets choosing this tour. 참고로 쌀쌀은 했지만 엄청 춥지는 않았고, 한국 가을 날씨 정도로 느껴졌습니다~ (11월22일 기준) I was especially grateful for our guide, Melati, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and talented guide. She guided us perfectly and showed us the best spots. She also took amazing photos for us, helping us create memories. If I ever visit Bromo again, I would love to join her tour once more. Thank you so much, Melati!

We really enjoyed our Bromo trip and our tour guide, Riza, made it even better! He provided everything we needed — thermal blanket, heat pack, waterproof phone case — you name it! Super attentive, friendly, and fun, always checking if we were comfortable and helping us get the best photos and viewpoints. The restaurant that we’re taken also serve the best food. My day trip to Mount Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall on June 23, 2025, was absolutely spectacular, thanks to our exceptional guide Layla. From 7 AM to 5:30 PM, their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made the experience unforgettable. Layla guided us through Mount Bromo’s otherworldly landscape with enthusiasm, sharing captivating details about its history and ensuring our group, especially my mom, felt comfortable and cared for. She also went out of her way to help us capture stunning photos, suggesting the best spots and angles for perfect shots. At Madakaripura Waterfall, Suman was outstanding. He supported my mom by offering his arm throughout the trek, navigating slippery paths with care to ensure her safety and confidence. Additionally, Suman’s knack for photography shone through, as he helped us take breathtaking photos that perfectly captured the waterfall’s beauty. Both guides’ attentiveness, knowledge, and passion for the sites created a seamless and joyful adventure. Their efforts to make everyone feel included, from personalized care to photo assistance, were truly remarkable. My partner and I did the trip to Ijen and Bromo, and it was truly memorable. From our Ijen guide to our driver, Sudarta-Made, who drove us all the way from Ubud to Ijen, then to Bromo, and back again to Ubud; everything was seamless. It was a very long journey, but our driver's calm presence and excellent driving skills made it feel effortless. The experience itself was surreal. The support we received, the friendly and easy banter with our guide, and the journey through the breathtaking landscapes became the highlight of my entire Indonesia trip. Our guide also took the time to take some breathtaking photos and videos of us which we really appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

The trip was good go go. Guide Dino and Driver Imron was friendly and able to give information when needed. Dino was always with you to make sure we are safe and guide us thru the trip.

We did the 3-day Tumpak Sewu – Bromo – Ijen tour and it was honestly the best experiences of our trip. Everything was well organized and smooth. Special thank you to our driver Fauzi, the sweetest and best driver ever. So kind, patient, caring, and always making sure we were safe and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to travel with. At each spot, the guides were great, but special mention to Herytio and Nanang at Ijen, who really helped my friend when she was struggling during the hike. They were so reassuring and supportive, and we are truly grateful. Amazing views, beautiful moments, and people who genuinely care. Highly recommend.

Unforgettable Mount Bromo Experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Private car charter means no need to share a ride with others! The tour guide was very nice and helpful, and gave us a lot of flexibility. We weren't rushed, and we could take our time taking pictures at each location. There was a second guide to lead us on the Ijen volcano hike. He was very experienced and even helped us down the crater to see the blue fire ????.
