I recently visited the spa with my mum, and I cannot recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly courteous kind, patient, and attentive, especially when it came to ensuring my mum’s comfort. We had booked treatments in advance, but when we arrived, my mum was unable to climb the stairs to the treatment room. Instead of cancelling our appointment, the staff were so patient in dealing with the situation and provided us with alternative options and kindly rearranged a treatment for her on the ground floor, ensuring she could still enjoy the experience. It was such a thoughtful and reassuring gesture that made all the difference to our visit. The treatment itself was wonderful, relaxing, professional, and thoroughly enjoyable. If you’re looking for a spa with exceptional service and a genuinely compassionate team, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

The 4-day, 3-night trip to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, Mount Bromo, and Kawah Ijen was incredibly worthwhile and beautiful! Mr. Ruly was an excellent driver, and the service was superb. He answered all our questions. All the accommodations were great, clean, and safe.

Booking a tour for Mount Bromo is definitely worth it. Our guide, Rizky, was amazing and is a truly thoughtful and patient person. With his years of experience, he ensured we had the best viewing spot for the sunrise. He even went above and beyond by bringing a yoga mat for us to sit on and a blanket, which was much appreciated since it was surprisingly cold. I would recommend this tour 11/10. Cheers!

The tour was really amazing, all the guides very nice. Would like to thank our driver Fauzi who took really good care of us and brought us around safely. Just expect to not get much sleep but that’s doesn’t matter as you’ll still have a good time. Accomodation very good for few hours of sleep.

i had my 2D1N Mount bromo and ijen tour with Ritzy, super amazing tour guide. He is amazingly fluent in english and has the kindest heart, takes care of us throughout the tour and ensured that we are okay the whole time. He even has amazing photo taking skills and took so many amazing pictures for us. He briefed us so well for our trip and made sure we knew what was happening and what we need to prepare as well. Truly and sincerely recommend him and this tour group to others who other interested ! 🥳🥳

We had a wonderful experience joining the 4D3N Ijen Crater, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall & Mount Bromo tour from Surabaya. The trip was well organized, smooth, and truly memorable. Fauzi was very attentive to our needs, ensured we were comfortable and safe at all times, and always went the extra mile to help us. Our driver was also professional, punctual, and made every long journey comfortable and safe. We especially appreciated the effort our guide put into taking beautiful photos and videos for us at every destination. Thanks to him, we captured many unforgettable memories with the amazing views of Ijen, Tumpak Sewu, and Mount Bromo. The tour guide was great, thanks to Hans for his assistance throughout the trip and for ensuring we completed the journey safely. We all had a lot of fun, and the restaurant where we had lunch was also pretty good, with nice scenery and decent taste. The one-day trip was still quite tiring. If you don't usually exercise, it's a bit difficult to complete, but since we went all the way there, we had to persevere and finish it. I guess there's no easy way to see the volcanoes and waterfalls of Surabaya 😂. A very memorable experience.

Our trip to Mount Bromo and Tumpak Sewu was incredible. We were blessed with a clear, full view of Bromo at sunrise. Just a heads-up: the hikes are much steeper than expected! The trek down to Tumpak Sewu involves very narrow, high stairs, but the waterfall is worth every bit of effort. Our guide and driver, Sunny, was amazing—patient, friendly, and kept us comfortable the entire time. Regarding accommodation, we were moved from Artha Cottage to Harmoni Guest House. It was a nice substitution, especially with the stunning view of the Semeru volcano. Highly recommended for anyone up for a bit of a climb!
