Bromo-vuoren retken varaaminen on ehdottomasti sen arvoista. Oppaamme Rizky oli mahtava ja todella huomaavainen sekä kärsivällinen henkilö. Vuosien kokemuksellaan hän varmisti, että saimme parhaan katselupaikan auringonnousua varten. Hän ylitti odotukset tuomalla meille joogamaton istumista varten ja peiton, mikä oli erittäin tervetullutta, koska oli yllättävän kylmä. Suosittelisin tätä retkeä 11/10. Kiitos!

Kiitos Ruly, Putro ja Ijen-oppaamme Eddie siitä, että piditte minusta niin hyvää huolta! Tämä 2 päivän ja 1 yön matka on erittäin suositeltava ja täydellinen kaikille, jotka haluavat vierailla molemmilla tulivuorilla mahdollisimman lyhyessä ajassa. Ryhmässämme oli 7 henkilöä, joten auto ei ollut liian täynnä ja matka oli mukava. Päivä 1 (Bromo): Meillä ei ollut virallista opasta tänä päivänä. Jeeppikuski vain jätti meidät pois kertomatta mitään yksityiskohtia, kuten minne mennä, mitä tehdä tai mihin aikaan palata jeeppiin. Onneksi Ruly piti minuun yhteyttä viestien välityksellä ja opasti minut onnistuneesti näköalapaikalle, joten en kokenut mitään ongelmia. Majoituimme DreamLand-hotellissa, joka oli siisti, asiallinen ja täsmälleen kuvien mukainen. Päivä 2 (Ijen): Vaellus on uuvuttava niille, jotka eivät harrasta liikuntaa tai vaella säännöllisesti. Se on erittäin jyrkkä alussa tulivuoren reunalle asti ja yhtä jyrkkä alas kraatteriin sinisen liekin näkemiseksi. Polku on kapea ja ruuhkainen, joten on oltava erittäin varovainen. Oppaamme Eddie oli fantastinen – hän näytti meille helpomman reitin sinisen liekin näkemiseen ja auttoi minua henkilökohtaisesti vaikeissa, kivisissä kohdissa. Kierroksen jälkeen he jättivät minut satamaan, ja Putro auttoi meitä ystävällisesti lauttalippujen kanssa. Paikan päällä on joitakin lisäkustannuksia: terveystodistus 100 000 IDR, kuljetus Ketapangin satamaan 650 000 IDR, yhden hengen huoneen lisämaksu 375 000 IDR (erittäin suositeltavaa yksin matkustaville naisille, koska he eivät välttämättä järjestä saman sukupuolen kämppäkavereita jaettuihin vaihtoehtoihin), varustevuokra esim. kävelykeppi 50 000 IDR/kpl.

The tour was really amazing, all the guides very nice. Would like to thank our driver Fauzi who took really good care of us and brought us around safely. Just expect to not get much sleep but that’s doesn’t matter as you’ll still have a good time. Accomodation very good for few hours of sleep.

This was the first time my friend and I visited East Java and we chose the Klook tour organized by JVTO. It was a very enjoyable and fuss free holiday. Tour was well planned with some flexibility to cater to personal interests. Quality of accomodation was good for the price. Driver was safe and skillful. Guides were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to others especially if you are keen to explore the amazing volcanoes and waterfalls in the region.

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. We are really grateful and thankful to have them as our guide and driver. They make this trip a really stress- free, enjoyable and a memorable one. if you have one whole extra day in Surabaya, this is the best package. we went with 4 team member (including me) and the tour guide, Andrea pickup and drop us from our hotel. Andrea also very knowledgeable on history and local issue so its not just a visit but we also learn about Mount Bromo. I highly recommend this package... no wonder its a Klook choice

Our trip to Mount Bromo and Tumpak Sewu was incredible. We were blessed with a clear, full view of Bromo at sunrise. Just a heads-up: the hikes are much steeper than expected! The trek down to Tumpak Sewu involves very narrow, high stairs, but the waterfall is worth every bit of effort. Our guide and driver, Sunny, was amazing—patient, friendly, and kept us comfortable the entire time. Regarding accommodation, we were moved from Artha Cottage to Harmoni Guest House. It was a nice substitution, especially with the stunning view of the Semeru volcano. Highly recommended for anyone up for a bit of a climb!

I highly, highly recommend this tour! My friends and I came to Indonesia primarily for the volcano tour. After seeing some negative reviews for another option on Klook, we chose this 'Cheap Bromo' tour. Our Chinese-speaking guide, Meixing, spoke excellent Chinese. She picked us up from our Surabaya hotel at 11 PM the night before. After about a two-hour drive, we switched to a jeep. I thought the jeep driver was very skilled; the mountain roads were extremely steep, especially in the dark, and his driving made us feel very safe. The sunrise view from Mount Penanjakan was absolutely stunning, and Mount Bromo was beautiful, perfect for taking many great photos! After the Bromo tour, we went for breakfast. There were many breakfast options, and the restaurant was lovely! Then, from the restaurant, we took a regular car to the hotel where we would rest. My friends and I were so tired that, even though the original plan was to eat before checking in, our guide helped us ask the hotel if we could check in early. The meals were then prepared for takeout, allowing us to get plenty of rest before heading to Ijen Crater! For climbing Ijen Crater, I recommend bringing a wool hat, a jacket, and comfortable non-slip shoes. You'll sweat a lot after a short walk, but it gets very cold and windy near the summit. At Ijen Crater, another guide, Sika, led us up. Sika's English was excellent. The mountain path was very challenging, and he constantly monitored our physical condition and was very patient! The only downside was that the route to see the blue flames was closed during our visit, but we did see the beautiful lake on the mountain. The driver who took us throughout the trip was also very kind and an excellent driver, allowing us to sleep well during the long journeys. My friends and I were heading to Bali afterward, and they dropped us off at the port around 9 AM, having already purchased our ferry tickets, ensuring we ended our trip safely and happily! So, a big thank you to this team! P.S. If you get motion sickness, be sure to bring motion sickness medication!
