The 4-day, 3-night trip to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, Mount Bromo, and Kawah Ijen was incredibly worthwhile and beautiful! Mr. Ruly was an excellent driver, and the service was superb. He answered all our questions. All the accommodations were great, clean, and safe.

A Bromo-hegyi túra lefoglalása mindenképpen megéri. Az idegenvezetőnk, Rizky, fantasztikus volt, és egy igazán figyelmes és türelmes ember. Évekig tartó tapasztalatával biztosította, hogy a legjobb helyről nézhessük meg a napfelkeltét. Még azon is túlment, hogy hozott nekünk egy jógaszőnyeget, amire leülhettünk, és egy takarót, amit nagyon értékeltünk, mivel meglepően hideg volt. Ezt a túrát 11/10-re ajánlanám. Egészségére!

Mindannyian nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, az ebédre foglalt étterem is elég jó volt, szép kilátással és finom ételekkel. Az egynapos túra elég fárasztó volt, aki nem sportol rendszeresen, annak nehéz lehetett teljesíteni, de mivel már ott voltunk, muszáj volt végigcsinálni. A Sidoarjo vulkáni vízesés valószínűleg nem könnyű. Nagyon emlékezetes élmény volt.

I recently visited the spa with my mum, and I cannot recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly courteous kind, patient, and attentive, especially when it came to ensuring my mum’s comfort. We had booked treatments in advance, but when we arrived, my mum was unable to climb the stairs to the treatment room. Instead of cancelling our appointment, the staff were so patient in dealing with the situation and provided us with alternative options and kindly rearranged a treatment for her on the ground floor, ensuring she could still enjoy the experience. It was such a thoughtful and reassuring gesture that made all the difference to our visit. The treatment itself was wonderful, relaxing, professional, and thoroughly enjoyable. If you’re looking for a spa with exceptional service and a genuinely compassionate team, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

The tour was really amazing, all the guides very nice. Would like to thank our driver Fauzi who took really good care of us and brought us around safely. Just expect to not get much sleep but that’s doesn’t matter as you’ll still have a good time. Accomodation very good for few hours of sleep.

Fauzi was very attentive to our needs, ensured we were comfortable and safe at all times, and always went the extra mile to help us. Our driver was also professional, punctual, and made every long journey comfortable and safe. We especially appreciated the effort our guide put into taking beautiful photos and videos for us at every destination. Thanks to him, we captured many unforgettable memories with the amazing views of Ijen, Tumpak Sewu, and Mount Bromo. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the beauty of East Java with a professional and caring team!

Our trip to Mount Bromo and Tumpak Sewu was incredible. We were blessed with a clear, full view of Bromo at sunrise. Just a heads-up: the hikes are much steeper than expected! The trek down to Tumpak Sewu involves very narrow, high stairs, but the waterfall is worth every bit of effort. Our guide and driver, Sunny, was amazing—patient, friendly, and kept us comfortable the entire time. Regarding accommodation, we were moved from Artha Cottage to Harmoni Guest House. It was a nice substitution, especially with the stunning view of the Semeru volcano. Highly recommended for anyone up for a bit of a climb!

The driver will pick you up at your hotel in a five-seater sedan. In mid-April, the temperature at Ijen Volcano in the early morning is around 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit). You can wear a short-sleeved shirt and a light, warm jacket. The mountain road is steep, and you'll likely sweat a lot during the climb. You can take breaks in stages, depending on your stamina. From the entrance at 1,800 meters (5,905 feet) above sea level, you'll ascend to the summit at 2,300 meters (7,546 feet). There may be an occasional pungent sulfur smell; you can choose whether to rent a gas mask before departing. The sunrise and sea of clouds are incredibly beautiful. However, since the sulfur minerals are owned by an energy company, and workers are employed to mine and extinguish fires, you won't be able to see large areas of blue flame. Nevertheless, the burning sulfur is an unprecedented and stunning sight. We recommend arranging this trip separately from Mount Bromo, allowing for rest before continuing. A two-day/one-night or three-day/two-night trip involves a significant physical load.
