The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 10:30 PM. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The shared dormitories are available to guests ages 18 - 35 only. All guests staying in a shared dormitory must present a valid passport at check-in. Private rooms, including apartments, are available to guests of all ages.
