The location is quite convenient for getting around; the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the MRT is just a short walk away. The room is small, the floor is a bit dirty, and it's not well-ventilated due to the lack of windows (you can't move around once you open your suitcase). The room smells damp, and there are no slippers provided. The staff are friendly and provide quick assistance.

I had an amazing stay at Scott Hotel KL Sentral from December 12 to 14. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable, making my stay in Kuala Lumpur truly enjoyable. What I appreciated the most was the hospitality of the staff. They were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. As a coffee lover, I especially loved that when I asked for coffee, they happily provided it without hesitation—it definitely made my stay even better 🤪 Overall, my experience was excellent. The service, comfort, and warm atmosphere made this stay feel perfect. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay at Scott Hotel KL Sentral again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!
