Clean and spacious room. Beautiful views of the city from both the room as well as the roof top. They do have the best facilities from their gym to the cafe to their pool and luggage storage. Staff were kind and polite. Location was great too. We took KL Ekspress from the airport to KL Sentral and then a grab to the CeylonZ. Too easy and we highly recommend

Had a wonderful 1-night stay at Ceylonz Suites by Five Senses! The location was super convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere and facilities were fantastic. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. On top of that, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable getaway!

staffs are accommodating and attentive. clean rooms, super spacious and i love the view. you can also cook and the tools are also provided. however they only gave us 2 towels, and we are 3 people who checked in. i didn’t mind tho. accessible to everything. i highly recommend this!

the location is good. near kl tower. walking distance to major site seeing spots. all elevators are working. nice reception staff, very accommodating. my room is perfect with a nice view including Merdeka 118. one thing i noticed is that they provided hangers but there’s no hanging rod so i had to find a place where i can actually hang my clothes 😅😅 but other than that, i will def choose this hotel when i comeback to KL

i hope the voucher will be edited to the actual process of check in to avoid hassle and inconvenience. host's number (whatsapp) to be given alongside with the voucher should be done as the voucher stated "contact host" but no details provided. the room was nice, big and all needed items are provided tho it smells smoke upon entering. would also appreciate if host provided a detailed stay details such as pool time, cafe time, etc.

I had a really nice stay here. The location is quite convenient, with easy access to key attractions and plenty of dining options around Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the view from my room. It had a beautiful sight of the KL Tower. One of the highlights for me was the pool area. The view from there, especially at night, is absolutely stunning and definitely something I’d recommend experiencing. One thing to keep in mind is that depending on your unit or time of day, it can get a bit busy or slightly noisy but it wasn’t a major issue for me.

The location is great. You are in the middle of petaling street, pavillion, even chowkit. Near train also so everything is accessible. The room is clean. The shower works fine and complete with appliances. My room has a good view.
