The price is reasonable for a night stay. Easy access to Narita Airport plus free bus shuttle. We had a comfortable stay. 👍

Everything about this place is good. However, if you're here for leisure and Tokyo city is where you want to spend it, this is not the place it's about a 1.5hr train ride. But that was my own misunderstanding that tokyo was smaller. The staff, hotel, breakfast were all great and the station is about a 2-5 min walk depending on you. Definitely recommend the stay. Also, for those travelling with large luggages there is not a lot of room, but it'll be okay if you don't mind rummaging through your luggage for what you need and put it away.

The free shuttle service was great! Their breakfast restaurant has an amazing view of the airport. Come early to witness the breath taking sunrise view. The room is also big and spacious. Great value for money.

the room is big and comfort, and very clean, and there is shuttle bus transfer within airport and hotel, is very convenient for those who have early flight schedule.

We arrived late, and have an early flight the next day, checked in was fast. They upgraded our room as well to suite which is very nice! Shuttle was on time coming fr airport and back the next day. Shuttle waiting bay for terminal 2 is at 33.
