Our stay at The Residence Bintan was peaceful and rejuvenating. The resort is beautifully nestled by the sea, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The Garden Suite (Upper) was cozy and well-appointed, with great privacy. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, especially with arranging transfers and tours. The resort offers a good mix of relaxation and activities — from beach walks and water sports to spa treatments. Dining at Rica Rica was pleasant, with options for both adults and kids. A lovely retreat perfect for unwinding with family.

we had a great stay at cassia bintan - all the staff members are very friendly and accommodating. they always respond quickly to our requests be it housekeeping or any other front desk enquiries. the security is great as well because all taxi / tour drivers can only be allowed in after informing the front desk of the vehicle number. transportation is really convenient because they offer a free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal, as well as another shuttle bus that brings guests to Plaza Lagoi. we really loved being so near to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing when you wake up! also, the breakfast buffet spread was great and we really enjoyed the food! but the only downside was that our room had a persistent sewage / water logged smell but thankfully we were only staying for 2 nights.

We had a pleasant stay at Grand Lagoi. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is also clean.

it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions area (aka treasure cove etc) but we had a dedicated driver for the entire trip and the hotel was cheap, so all's good. the toilet is super huge and the room was quite clean. the huts were spaced quite far apart, so noise wasn't really an issue either. there's also quite a few things to explore (the park is pretty huge) and do (mini archery, pedal boat, ATV, etc at a fee) in the hotel as well, overall a very pleasant experience.

Went with my friend’s family and my kid. Altogether the rooms are nice and clean. Toilet is open air so privacy might be an issue if you are more conservative. Pool has jacuzzi and clean enough for us. Will be back again.

we really enjoyed our stay..each and every staff are very kind, helping and humble ..they are really very cooperative and understanding ..the arrangements are also very nice .hotel room, property, view everything is really really best ..we would love to choose this hotel again for the next bintan trip ..the food options are also nice for vegetarians, there are few options but if you request, they can prepare as per your choice ..so overall for us it would be 10/10

The resort is very well done with warm inviting villas and extremely hospitable staff. We were there for our wedding anniversary and the staff arranged to decorate our villa with flowers and candles as well as surprised us with a complimentary cake. The beach is very clean And is must go on a sunny day. The buggy service was amazing and they would be there to shuttle you to and fro from your villa to the beach and the restaurants. The Thai restaurant is great Nd they could offer vegetarian options as well. We specifically liked the welcome ginger drink which really helped to soothe our system after the bumpy ferry ride. The se was rough on the day we went there but the return was calm. The staff assisted in pick drop as well X immigration. You could just sit at the executive lounge and they would do all the necessary formalities for you. Highly recommended for a quiet romantic get away.
