We had a wonderful Mt. Fuji tour and everything was very smooth from start to finish. The itinerary was well-organized, the transportation was comfortable, and everything ran on time, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. A special thank you to our tour guide, Linda, who was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful throughout the trip. We were traveling with two senior citizens, and she was always patient, attentive, and willing to assist whenever needed. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference and allowed our family to enjoy the tour with ease. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free way to experience the beauty of Mt. We booked this tour because of the ratings and it did not disappoint. We usually avoid pre-arranged tours and wing it ourselves. this tour was sensational! We saw some of the most beautiful sites in Japan that we would have missed without the expertise of our guide. Local knowledge was amazing. the sites were stunning. timings at each location were perfect…just enough time to enjoy it without feeling pressured or rushed and without feeling like you were wasting time sitting around. Strongly recommend.

My husband and I were able to explore the beauty below Mt. Fuji. Even though it was summer when we visited, it was still a memorable trip because we experienced a short boat ride in Hakone, rode a cable car, took a sulfur mine trip, ate yummy wagyu at one of the finest restaurants near Mt. Fuji, bought souvenirs, and enjoyed Swan Lake. We commend our tour guide, Erik, for his patience and eloquence in leading the group from the beginning to the end of our trip.

This day tour was exceptional, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our guide, Sophie, was wonderful—attentive and patient. The itinerary was well-planned, and she introduced Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Japanese culture with humor and wit, making her explanations equally engaging in both English and Chinese. Every place we visited was beautiful. This trip became the most memorable experience for our entire family! Highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful experiences in my life ! O, the driver was really available, nice and kind, he explained everything to us, gave us space for photos and videos and also took some for us, he was amazing !

Itinerary: Mount Omuro, train, coast. Time: Meet at 7:00 AM, return to Tokyo Marunouchi South Gate at 6:30 PM. Journey: There was some traffic on Saturday. We departed at 7:00 AM and arrived at 10:30 AM. We waited in line for about 15 minutes at Mount Omuro. After walking around and stopping, we didn't have time to eat udon noodles at the cafeteria. The train had seats facing the ocean, but the full ocean view didn't last very long. We spent about 35 minutes exploring the coast. Tour Guide/Driver: Master Long was enthusiastic, professional, and thoughtful. The day before, he helped everyone find the most convenient route in the group chat. He greeted us warmly first thing in the morning and provided detailed explanations for each location, including playtime, location, and important notes. He also thoughtfully considered various needs and always asked if anyone had other questions at the end of his explanations, assuring us we could ask him anytime. He delivered on this throughout the trip, making it a very comfortable day.
