My tour with Go West Tours was nothing short of fun! Our tour guide, Chris H., made the whole experience interactive, engaging, and incredibly enjoyable. I had no expectations when I first joined the tour—especially given the chilly weather—but I left completely impressed. Our first stop was Brighton Beach (Colorful bathing boxes) where we grabbed some a cup of Americano coffee and Danish pastries. Next, we visited the Moonlit Sanctuary, where I got to see wallabies, kangaroos, koalas, and wombat up close. I even had the chance to pet a wallaby and feed lots of ducks—it was such a lovely experience! The final stop was Phillip Island to watch the famous Penguin Parade. It started raining when we got there, but thankfully, the store inside sold raincoats for those who needed them. Verdict: I truly enjoyed every moment of the tour and would highly recommend booking this package. It’s absolutely worth it! And if you can, look out for Chris H. — he’s the best tour guide ever!

The tour guide and fellow travelers were very friendly. We had a minor incident where our vehicle broke down after lunch at the winery. While waiting, the tour guide treated us to another glass of wine and some small cakes. In the end, the winery owner even drove us to the hot springs, which was a testament to the kindness and hospitality of the locals. The hot spring experience felt very special, highly recommended.

A comfortable and relaxing experience. Melbourne in September is still quite cold, so getting into the water was chilly. The park has many hot springs and cold pools of varying temperatures. The hot spring at the top of the mountain offers a great view of the entire mountain landscape, perfect for taking pictures! It's recommended to bring your own towel and slippers. A locker costs AUD 10.
