Klook really deserves a bad review. Besides providing a ticket, they didn't give any information. We had to find the Google location ourselves, and the notes said to bring cash, so we specifically went to withdraw money. Unexpectedly, we could pay with a card. It's really poorly done. You can't directly redeem the e-ticket; you have to print the ticket out on a ticket machine at the very front first! However, the itinerary was still great, surrounded by dolphins and whales.

experience: Note that physical tix are needed to get entrance to the boat. Go to Harbour Breeze counter with your booking to get the tickets. It took about 1.5h to see some whales in distance. Defending in the crowd, you may or may not get to click a good picture. It can get a bit chilly, so carry some warm clothes. You can bring strollers on board, they will let you park it in the bottom deck. Captain keeps you informed of the sightings and directions where they see the whales so that you can point your snapper in that direction. Someone will be telling all the fun facts about whales, like how you would read out from the Internet. But hey, you need to fill the time - there will be a lot of waiting in between sightings. My only complaint is that it is not worth the money to just see a whale. we couldn't see any dolphins or other sea life.
location: very convenient. right outside the Aquarium of the pacific. Uber has drop off and pick points right across the Aquarium.

Tour was good since it takes you around the city but some stops are a bit far from touristy spots. We had to walk a lot uphill just to see Lombard. Aquarium suddenly wasn’t part of the tour on the day we joined so we didn’t get the tickets that were supposed to be included. Sunset tour was worth it though.

Muir woods, sausalito, and alcatraz were all beautiful. I appreciate the fun facts of the tour guide and the trivias. had fun listening to him. 1hr in sausalito was quick. wish we couldve spent at least 2hrs but overall the tour was nice. suggestion would be to put in the itinerary details the pick up spot

The bus has USB ports where you can recharge your phone. Just make sure to bring your own cords or adapters.
We were lucky enough to see the sequoia trees!

It was a very good trip, almost on time. I booked the night before and was able to join the tour without any problems. (The audio guide was only available in Chinese or Korean, and you had to change the app language before purchasing to download it. I forgot to change it, so I missed out on the download 😅). The weather forecast for the day was "Mostly Sunny," but it was a bit cloudy in the first half and then cleared up in the second half, so we got to see some beautiful scenery. Regarding the transfer, the pickup location was very convenient, which was great, but I was surprised when the car suddenly ran out of gas on the freeway on the way back, leaving us stranded 😂. We were almost ready to hitchhike, but luckily, someone lived nearby and shared some gas with us, allowing us to get to a gas station. I think this also made for a good memory! The tour guide seemed a bit rushed, but they provided excellent guidance! You have to pay an additional 100 yuan for the entrance fee, so it's a bit pricey, but it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it!
