The ticket exchange office is not indicated on the website. You can board the ship directly at Pier 41 by qr code. Remember to arrive 10 minutes before the departure of the ship.
Redemption instructions were incorrect. Instead of having to redeem the physical ticket at the counter, the QR code could be scanned directly when boarding the ferry.
There are very few people on the boat, so there is no need to exchange tickets. Sausalito is really a lovely town with a comfortable life, quiet and beautiful scenery. It is like a paradise.
Quick and convenient
You can board the boat by scanning the QR code. However, there was no additional notification about the temporary boarding location. When it was time to board, staff guided us to the correct waiting area.
The ferry is not impressive one. Its too big and with rust formation already.
Travelers doing a self-guided tour of San Francisco often download a Clipper card as a transit card. For this ferry ticket, using a Clipper card to purchase the ticket only costs $8.25, but the price on Klook is the original price. A Clipper card for seniors only costs $7. For this trip, taking my family to and from Sausalito should have only cost $30, but I spent over NT$1800, which is really disappointing.

When the ticket was checked at the exit, the QR code could not be sensed, so I was directed to the shipping office for processing, which delayed a lot of time and was finally released.
Amazing short ferry trip to Sausalito. It worths every single penny and time to do it. The blue & gold fleet is a great means of transportation to Sausalito round trip .
