Reviews
Klook really deserves a bad review. Besides providing a ticket, they didn't give any information. We had to find the Google location ourselves, and the notes said to bring cash, so we specifically went to withdraw money. Unexpectedly, we could pay with a card. It's really poorly done. You can't directly redeem the e-ticket; you have to print the ticket out on a ticket machine at the very front first! However, the itinerary was still great, surrounded by dolphins and whales.
The theme of this activity is called "Whale and Dolphin Watching Tour from West Port." As the name suggests, it involves boarding a boat from "West Port" to go whale watching. We departed from LADT and arrived at West Port according to the address on Klook, only to be told that the whale watching boat's departure point was not in West Port, but at the Pacific Marine Park in Long Beach. We then drove to Long Beach, where the traffic was very heavy and the roads were complicated. By the time we arrived at Long Beach, the boat had already left for almost 30 minutes, which caused significant disruption to our subsequent itinerary. Furthermore, it takes 1.5 hours to drive from LADT to Long Beach, and it's extremely prone to traffic jams. We ended up spending twice the amount of gas and twice the amount of time on transportation. I hope Klook can correct the departure location on the website to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same issue. I also hope Klook can provide a relevant response and compensation based on this incident.
Extremely disappointed! The shop is closed and no one inform us the cruise is cancelled. There are 2 pier of the Habour Breeze Cruises, please make sure they provided a correct location as noticed that there are some comments that the unclear location provided by the supplier.
