my plane landed in time but we’re delayed to the gate, and also delayed getting our luggage. I saw that only certain flights were eligible so I was worried that because everything was delayed that we would miss the cut off. not only did we not miss it, they sent someoene to look for us, and we ended up getting transferred to our hotel via private limo. it was wonderful, to say the least :)

The bus was clean and comfortable. However, the outlet mall wasn't very large, so I was able to look around quickly. After I bought what I wanted from my target brand, I was satisfied, but then I had too much time before the return bus. I wish there were options to choose different return bus times, perhaps for those who want to stay longer or those who only need a short visit.

I loveeeee the view and everything in the set. but the tour was kinda of a rush. i think we needed more time for photos and or at least to cherish every thing in the tour. because not all people are privileged enough to redo the same tour. WE-NEED-TIME... its a tour. oh and we started late. that's why. tsk tsk. the tour guide was great tho. he was humorous and knowledgeable. Just in a rush.

Initially, the bus arrived 15 minutes late to the meeting point, but that was my only moment of anxiety. The free malasadas, the magnificent nature and scenery, Dole Plantation, seeing sea turtles while snorkeling, the exquisite garlic shrimp, and the Jurassic Park filming locations—everything was so packed that 10 hours flew by in an instant. Our tour guide, Dirk, seemed to have been an English teacher in Tokyo, so he was fluent in Japanese. Since everyone else in our group was foreign, the tour was conducted entirely in English, but when he spoke to us, he used fluent Japanese. He was so proficient that he could even crack jokes in Japanese. This was my first time in Hawaii, and I'm already planning to go back soon.

A guide is a must. Without one, it would be difficult to experience the culture and very disappointing not being able to learn the meanings behind things. It was wonderful how everything was kept right on schedule and we were guided smoothly.

We booked the 3:00 PM tour and used a KLOOK coupon, which was cheaper than booking directly on the official website. Check-in started at 2:30, and the test ride began at 3:00. You need to be able to ride through a muddy section before hitting the main trail, and the safety requirements are quite strict. Our tour guide kept the atmosphere lively the whole way, even bringing his own Jurassic Park music, and he really knew how to take great photos. It was an unforgettable experience!

My parents and my father-in-law and I took the bus driven by Mr. Oli. They are quite elderly, and by that point in the trip, they were starting to feel tired. However, they were very satisfied with the trolley tour along the Hawaiian coast, enjoying the cool breeze. Throughout the ride, Mr. Oli provided many explanations and shared interesting stories about the main points of interest, making it a very enjoyable time.
