the hotel is in strategic location. within walking distance to the 1utama shopping mall. the room was spacious and clean, and hotel staff was very helpful and friendly towards us. the breakfast place is spacious with wise variety of foods and drinks. definately will be coming back for next holiday.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I checked in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. One of the things I appreciated most — which may seem small to some but meant a lot to me — was the parking rate of RM4 per day throughout my stay, with no additional charges after check-out. That was truly convenient and thoughtful. I have only a minor comment regarding the bathroom in the room. I believe the floor level could be reviewed or adjusted slightly, as water tends to flow out from the toilet area and make the front section wet, especially if used by children. Apart from that, everything else was truly satisfying. Thank you to your team for the warm hospitality and great service.

comfortable and clean. Breakfast is the best part, with many choices and good services. It's my second time staying in this hotel. My girl love the kids club! Many parking space, and free parking. We just need to validate our card everytime before going out. Overall, Im satisfied with it. Will come back again!

The 1 Avenue hotel got a good service and the room is clean. Easy access with the Mamak shop if your Hungry in the midnight. nearby in Bandar Utama Mall.

Overall a pleasant stay, and I'd be happy to stay again. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient with an MRT station and 1Utama mall all within about 5 minutes walking distance. The walkway is also fully covered, so no worries about rain. Didn't manage to use the amenities, but there was a pool with a nice view and a gym.

very nice stay at M World Hotel which was Avante Hotel. they offer discount for senior citizen - had buffet breakfast which has very good spread. Room was big and comfortable with full amenities . infinity swimming pool was great and big. overall staff service from checking in, concierge, housekeeping, restaurants was truly good. highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are not looking to stay in kl city Center. MRT is just in front of hotel
