Amar, our tour guide, was very helpful and caring. He made the tour truly interesting and enjoyable despite the rainy weather. He also drove us safely to our destination and back to the city center. We learned a lot and appreciated how he shared interesting facts about Malaysia and Putrajaya, as well as the other spots we saw along the way. Guide was very caring, very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. We saw and heard so much about Malaysia. I have been to Malaysia several times before but still learned a lot of new things. He was amazing!! One of the best guides I ever had. Transfer was very smooth, the only thing that wasnt good is, that there was no end time communicated. I though the Tour would be 12 hrs so we would be back at 8 pm. Instead it was shortly before midnight. This tour can be vey very exhausting but you see a lot and will learn a lot. I really recommend to take this tour if you want to learn more about Malaysia than just the surface. We had a great time.

Our guide, JC was awesomely knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding during our entire trip. I'd recommend this tour as it covers 3 cities with spectacular views. The guided tour was well coordinated to ensure that our route is being monitored and every part is covered within the 10 hours you get. Really hardworking team, genuinely recommended.

They pick you up from the hotel. Communication is frequent, and there's a group chat on WhatsApp with the travel agency staff and the driver, which is reassuring because it's not just a one-on-one conversation. Since I was the only participant this time, they took me right to the restaurants I wanted to go to when I sent them the locations. In Malacca, they were considerate and told me to wait at a certain point because the parking lot was far away. Above all, it's difficult to go to the mosque on your own, so the fact that it was included in the tour package was a major selling point. The price is a bit high for Malaysian prices, but I recommend it as a tour with excellent service and flexibility.
