The room is nice! It has two rooms and can accommodate up to five people. The toilet and bathroom are separate. When someone outside uses hot water while showering, the water seems to get cold. It's not far from Minami-Otaru Station, and there's a Seicomart and a supermarket nearby. It's also close to the steam clock. However, booking through Klook makes it difficult to communicate directly with the landlord, which is a bit of a hassle. Those who want to book should think twice.

The hotel has a great location, with a FamilyMart right next door, and a bus stop that goes directly to Mt. Tengu and Otaru Station. The hotel is also very clean and comfortable to stay in, and it's very close to the Otaru Canal.

The location is fantastic. The canal is right in front. The service is also very good, and even if it's full, there are many coin parking lots nearby. Breakfast is great too, as you can eat while watching the snowy canal. It's the best.

Located right in front of Otaru Station, accessibility is the best. The staff are very friendly, and check-in and check-out are very simple and fast. The room condition is a bit inferior compared to the newest hotels due to its age. The large public bath has a traditional Japanese bathhouse feel, like something out of Spirited Away, and the milk from the milk vending machine right outside is very delicious. The hotel breakfast is the best I've had among the breakfasts I've eaten while traveling in Japan. The food is very delicious, and there are many chefs, so it is refilled immediately.
