cleanliness: guess its clean though the sink looks dirty and i still not sure if its the pattern! hotel location:fantastic. opposite Otaru station on 1 side and opposite Don Quiote at the side. about 15mins walking distance to Otaru Canal. service: the onsen is from real onsen and there are at least 4 hot baths, 1 sauna and 1 cold bath to choose from

It is very near to the JR station, but parking is not free. So have to park nearby which is additional cost. The breakfast is just alright? It is not as scrumptious as the pictures make it up to be. But overall, it’s still decent for the price paid ($150/night, with brekkie)

just opposite the JR Otaru Station. Very convenient and strategic hotel and Otaru is nice place to visit. we enjoyed our stay here

Very good facilities and service (eg free ice cream, night ramen, washer). Very popular & crowded on that Sunday night such that i had to queue for a cubicle in the public bath lol. Would consider staying here again if overnight in Otaru. Room was a bit small for luggage.
