The south wing of the hotel is a historical building. My room is a standard twin room in the main building. The size of the room is just right and it is clean and sound-proof. My room has no special view, just looking at the rooftop of the south wing and the car park nearby. The dinning room is in the top floor of the south wing. There are several performances of the antique music boxes at night in the dinning room with some oil lamps lighted. The breakfast offers some choices from Japan and western style which is enough to start a day. The location is good, close to the canal and 15 minutes walk to the glass museums. There are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel and there are more in the Times car park next door. It costs 1000 yen for 24-hour parking. But you can’t drive in and out within the 24-hours.

Location was good though parking space is limited. We were lucky to get the last spot at the Times car park next door (whom they've collaborated with). Staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall, we had a nice 2N stay!
