Book via Klook, do face registration in advance and you can enter Escape easily. We had spent the whole day there and had a great time. Don't forget to try all the 4 guinness world records: longest tube water slide, longest tubby racer, longest zip coaster and largest tipping bucket. These are the most valuable of the ticket.

fairly well maintained. I’m surprised. at first I thought the ticket price is on the high side, but there is quite a lot to see. we spent about 1.5 hour.

We love Entopia and it’s a great place for kids and the elderly indeed. The staffs were very friendly to explain things to us. And it’s only 10 minutes drive if you’re staying at Batu Ferringhi area.

Hotel in a very good location. Room spotless and very big with amazing view. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Sea just there, however its not suitable for swimming due to jelly fish and area heavy metal pollution. But their financial department leaves a lot to be desired as they tried to overcharge me the Malaysian tourism and sustainability taxes. This is 10 + 3 rm per day so total 26 for 2 . 2 x 10 was taken of by klook during my reservation as i stated i am not malaysian. On check in they asked again for the full 26. I explained that i already paid 20 and contacted also klook support. Klook contacted the hotel and they accepted that i paid the 20 already, so i paid the rest 6 rm by card and got a receipt. On check out they tried again to charge me for the full 26!!! I complained and supposedly solved but they did not give a receipt, they said they will email to me. Its not the small amount but the lost time and back and forth stress is quite appalling, hence the 4 stars..

The indoor gardens are beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and immersive escape into nature. The staff are friendly and informative, making the visit enjoyable for both adults and kids. A perfect blend of beauty, learning, and serenity — it’s easily one of Penang’s must-visit attractions. Highly recommend spending a few hours here to truly appreciate the magic of nature.
