Before 9:00 AM, you need to redeem your tickets at the Captain Cook counter at Circular Quay Wharf 6. The ferry schedule is quite frequent, with services running every half hour to an hour on weekdays. You can start as early as 9:00 AM and continue until 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Note that some stops are not serviced by every ferry, so be sure to check the last departure times. We visited three locations in one day: Taronga Zoo, Manly Beach, and Watsons Bay – a full and fun-filled day! The zoo opens at 9:30 AM, and it's very large with a wide variety of animals. There are also shows and performances. To see everything thoroughly will take about 4 hours and requires some stamina. A great feature is that most of the zoo has sloped walkways, making it very suitable for families with strollers or wheelchairs. In the afternoon, we visited Manly Beach, which is beautiful and has many souvenir shops to browse. I recommend Manly Grill, a delicious steak restaurant 😋. In the evening, we went to Watsons Bay to see the cliffs, which require climbing some stairs. It's a spectacular view, but it can be a bit chilly. Overall, it's worth the ticket price. If you're on a free and easy trip to Sydney, consider experiencing this. You can see the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge along the ferry route, and every photo you take will be beautiful! For those with children, elderly companions, or those who aren't in top physical condition, I recommend purchasing a 2-day pass so you can enjoy it at a more relaxed pace. Otherwise, completing all these activities in one day can be quite tiring 😂.

booking with klook is so convenient! you can just hop in the ferry. read the review that you need to verify but during my visit they said I can just scan qr and hop in to the ferry. but the only thing that I don’t like is you can’t choose the time to get off (only 16:00) but you can tell the staff there.

The cruise was nice and entertaining. we were able to see different views of the opera house, harbour bridge, island and sydney baywalks and residences. The guide shared different insights. It also comes with free refreshments. 🙂

this 3h cruise isn’t for everyone but it was really fun to me, it was like a roller coaster ride on the ocean! i wore 4 layers of top and it was just right. do remember to bring beanie & sunglasses to shield from the sea spray. unfortunately went on a bipolar weather day and didn’t see any dolphins or whales :( if not the money would have been more worthwhile. saw many seals and rocks and enjoyed my time nonetheless :) would recommend to go on a sunny day

I really enjoyed the 2-hour cruise (from 11am to ~1pm). It was a great experience enjoying the views around the Yarra River. I think it was really hot (joined this during the Summer), Spring and Autumn should be better for a South East Asian like me…

overall I enjoy the trip. it is well organized and efficient. Things go as described. However, there is certain information that you should be aware in advance. The activities can be physically intense, so opt out if you are not fit enough. In addition, the guides will not take care of us personally. You should be able to follow the group. They will separate us into 4 groups, 15 people each, to do 3 activities; sandboarding for 2 groups together while snorkeling and kayaking 1 group. There is only 1 guide for sandboarding and kayaking while 2 for snorkeling plus jet ski to make sure everyone alright. It takes around 30 min - 1 hour per each activity. I was lucky that the group started with sandboarding and then snorkeling and kayaking, so after get wet can just change. Lunch is make your own wrap type, so you can choose what you like, plus potato chips and chocolate chip cookies. Toilets on the island are not good and no shower room, so make sure to use toilet on the ferry and bring your towel. We saw the whale from the ferry, so watch out. The group before us saw 3 turtles during snorkeling, but we didn’t - lots of fish though. Be careful of shipwreck and coral as it can be shallow and difficult to move. Also kayaking was relatively short, all these due to strong current which is understandable.

This had to be one of the best tours I have ever taken. The whole experience was amazing. Beautiful boat ride out to the barrier reef. Great dive thanks to amazing staff especially Indi. Amazing buffet lunch with lots of vegan choices!! Snorkeling was just as great as dives due to clarity of water. Finished with great helicopter ride.

if you have seasickness, halfday tour will be perfect for you. but actually, booking tour at the spot will be much cheaper. even fullday tour and half day tour are the same price surprisingly.
