I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was clean, and the service was very good and welcoming. They accommodated us very well. We had an experience where we were stuck at Sun Link Sea and couldn’t book an Uber to go back to the hotel. The staff helped us and still accepted our check-in even though we arrived very late. They also offer a free tour during the stay, where a Taiwanese tour guide shows you some nearby places around the hotel. The breakfast was good as well. They also provide one free shuttle ride per day, which was very helpful and we use that When we checked out, they gave us a free ride going to the bus station. The hotel is very near the Xitou Bus Station and on the Xitou Monster Village . They give us also a CNY presence hehe. Thankyou so much!

We had an incredible time with Calvin! Not only was he a safe and professional driver, but also incredibly kind and accommodating to our needs throughout the day. We loved the fun facts and local recommendations he provided—it made the experience so much richer. Plus, we’re so grateful for the photos taken; they are the perfect token to remember this trip by. Highly recommended!

Buying tickets on Klook is the same price as buying them on-site, but at least you don't have to wait in line to buy tickets. It's super convenient to just go to the entrance and have the staff scan the QR code voucher to enter the park!

Klook ticket prices are the same as buying them on-site, but at least you don't have to queue to buy tickets. It's super convenient to just find staff at the entrance and scan the QR code voucher! It also comes with a free 4-pack of Yoshan Tea Culture tea bags, but you have to make a special trip to the Yoshan Tea Culture Museum to redeem them, instead of receiving them upon entry.

The room's colors and decor were very cozy. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, just a tiny bit salty. The breakfast options were quite plentiful.

the driver was just not very friendly because of the language barrier but it was definitely a fast and smooth ride. he was also 10 minutes early from the time we suggested and he messaged me the night before to confirm the booking
