My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were polite and soft-spoken, and the hotel is conveniently located near malls and affordable eateries. The room was clean, as always. However, the TV channels were disrupted, and was not informed before check-in, the issue was never resolved. The parking charges were also quite expensive, even after paying for three nights, I was surprised to find additional charges upon checkout.

I had a wonderful stay here for a birthday getaway! From the moment I made my reservation, the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. Special mention to Logeswari Naidu who went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and perfectly timed for the celebration — her thoughtful touch really made a difference. Thank you Logeswari! The hotel itself was spotless and comfortable, with a stunning high-floor view overlooking Singapore — I could even see the fireworks from my room! It’s also conveniently close to the customs, which made it easy to get some much-needed rest right after crossing over. A special thank you to the team for making this birthday stay so memorable, and for the delicious cake that made the celebration even sweeter. I’ll definitely be back!

Overall it's okay, but this hotel doesn't seem very customer-friendly because the car park is far from the lobby. You have to walk quite a distance, then validate your parking card, and then walk back to the parking lot – you could lose weight doing that, haha.
