You don't need to exchange your ticket upon arrival; you can go directly to the boarding line. Just show your e-ticket on your phone to the staff, and you can board immediately. Only those wishing to purchase a special room need to queue to buy it first. We were very lucky with the weather that day; Mount Fuji was clearly visible, and the photos turned out beautifully, like a painting.

Today I went on the excursion to Hakone, and it was wonderful. Our guide, Eric, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He shared anecdotes and interesting facts about this area near Mount Fuji. The bus ride was very comfortable and useful for taking a nap. I highly recommend this lovely day tour to everyone, both for the scenery and for the opportunity to buy plenty of souvenirs. Thanks again to our kind guide for a great experience!!

This one-day tour was the highlight of my Tokyo trip, and it definitely didn't disappoint! Sure, the early start was a bit tiring, but our guide made the bus ride super engaging with fun stories about Japanese culture and Mt. Fuji, so the journey flew by. The air at the scenic spots was incredibly fresh, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Seeing Mt. Fuji in person—something I’d only ever seen in photos—was even more majestic than I imagined. We were so lucky with the perfect weather and a crystal-clear view of the summit! Every single spot looks like a postcard. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves taking photos!

We had a wonderful experience with our tour to Hakone, Lake Ashi, and Enoshima. Our guide, Antong, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and organized from start to finish. She communicated clearly throughout the day, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. She also shared helpful tips and interesting information that made the experience even more enjoyable. The only caveat was that we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji, but What really stood out, though, was Antong’s kindness and professionalism. At our last stop, my daughter got lost and ended up running late, and Antong patiently waited for us and made sure we were all safely back before departing. We truly appreciated her care and understanding. Thank you to Antong and the bus company for a smooth, well-organized tour. We had an amazing day and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan!

The tour was excellent. The day was perfect; we did everything. Our driver was really nice. Our tour guide, Peter, was excellent. He spoke very well English and very knowledgeable, he provided all the necessary details for this trip. This is highly recommended. Also, don't forget the bullet train; you have to experience it. The gondola and the pirate boat were great. Everything was perfect. The ride was smooth from Tokyo to Mount Fuji. It was a rainy day, but that didn't stop anything. We had such a great experience with our tour guide, Will! He was so funny, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all of our questions. He made the whole day enjoyable and kept us laughing. We didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji because it was hiding behind the clouds, but the tour was still absolutely worth it! I really appreciated that Will and the team waited a little longer to give us a chance to see if the clouds would clear. It showed how much they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Will even gifted us a Japanese golden turtle, which symbolizes longevity and good fortune. Such a thoughtful little souvenir that made the experience even more special. Our driver was also wonderful and got us everywhere safely and comfortably throughout the tour. I highly recommend this tour! Even without seeing Mt. Fuji, we had such a fun and memorable day. We’re planning to book again when we come back during the winter, and hopefully Mt. The weather was better than expected and I got great views of Fujisan. Golddy was amazing in letting us know where to get the best photo spots and also introduced the snacks we should be trying along the way. This tour packs a lot of spots but I think the time given at each stop was good enough.
