This one-day tour was the highlight of my Tokyo trip, and it definitely didn't disappoint! Sure, the early start was a bit tiring, but our guide made the bus ride super engaging with fun stories about Japanese culture and Mt. Fuji, so the journey flew by. The air at the scenic spots was incredibly fresh, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Seeing Mt. Fuji in person—something I’d only ever seen in photos—was even more majestic than I imagined. We were so lucky with the perfect weather and a crystal-clear view of the summit! Every single spot looks like a postcard. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves taking photos!

This was my first trip to Tokyo, and I wasn't very familiar with the area, so I opted for a tour package. I'm truly glad I chose the Hakone and Mount Fuji day tour. Our guide led us through a very comfortable and fulfilling day. What was particularly noteworthy was his quick and timely guidance, which allowed us to transition seamlessly between each attraction and efficiently enjoy the journey. It was truly wonderful. The air conditioning on the tour bus was also excellent, and thanks to the experienced Japanese driver, we were able to travel comfortably to and from our destinations. She went completely out of her way to ensure everyone was comfortable, adjusted the pace for the group, and answered all our questions with a smile. Our tour guide, Bobo, was very friendly. I originally signed up for a Chinese-speaking tour, but since I was the only participant, I was merged into an English-speaking group. Although the itinerary was packed, everything met my expectations. The trip was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfect for a solo travel itinerary. I give Tour Guide Bobo a perfect score of 100.

This Hakone day trip was truly fulfilling and enjoyable. Despite the rather hot weather, our tour guide consistently maintained a cheerful demeanor and provided warm, attentive service, which allowed us to stay in good spirits throughout the journey. At first, the idea of exploring both Hakone and Mount Fuji in a single day and still making it back to our Tokyo hotel on time sounded a bit too rushed. But after experiencing it firsthand, it’s totally doable! From the ropeway and pirate ship to the shrine and stunning lake views—this one-day bus tour packed in so many great sights and unique ways to get around.
