Things to do in Mertasari Beach

Our photographer, Erico, was the best!! He was extremely flexible with scheduling time and location. He also knew the best time and spots for taking photos. This was incredibly helpful because it was our first time at the Mulia Resort. Diving was really challenging, and getting into the water felt very unnatural; it wasn't easy at all. However, the entire trip and the service before and after the dive were top-notch. The staff were incredibly patient, offering encouragement repeatedly without any sign of annoyance. The experience was excellent.

It's very safe, with lots of fish. They'll even record you while snorkeling, and you'll receive the video within half an hour after the activity ends. There are cold showers available, and large towels are provided.

We bought a package B but ended with multiples xtra rides for our family. Price is reasonable and all the rides are well recommended to try. Thank you to our driver, Mr Nyoman Arta for his kind heart for letting my family to enjoy to the fullest. His patience is much appreciated. Its my daughter's first time doing the Sea Walking. She has been well taken care of by the staffs during the whole process. Salute to the jetski instructor who lead my daughter to her extreme rides. Because of his skills that made my daughter requested to ride the jetski again and again. Look for Pak Wina when you get there. He will attend to you responsively. We experienced parasailing, jet skiing, banana boating, and donut boating. There was a bit of a wait and the waves made me a little seasick, but the staff were so kind that I felt at ease and was able to enjoy myself. The weather was great, and the experience on the ocean was very refreshing and made for wonderful memories. Although there's an extra charge for photos, I highly recommend getting them taken as they'll be great keepsakes. The sun was quite strong, so I recommend taking thorough sun protection measures. The hospitality and smiles of all the staff were also wonderful, making for a very pleasant time.

The service attitude was excellent, located within a guesthouse. Buying a voucher was a good deal; purchasing on-site was a bit more expensive. The only downside was that there were only two spa rooms, each accommodating two people. You couldn't shower properly, only stand in the bathtub, which caused water to spray everywhere. They could also arrange pick-up and drop-off services to other nearby hotels.
