Although lockers aren't available, the shop can free you from your suitcases, allowing visitors to comfortably enjoy the park. The animals on site are very lively, and the guides are also energetic, making it worth a visit.

The experience we had at the Werribee Open Range Zoo was truly amazing. It was my first time using Klook again here in Australia, and visiting the zoo in midday was a great experience. We rode the safari bus, which is an amazing one to see animals closely. We were able to see giraffes and other animals. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a full day of fun and adventure.

Werribee Open Range Zoo in Melbourne is a fantastic natural wildlife experience. The animals live and move freely in a natural and comfortable environment, which is very different from a typical zoo. It feels like you don't need to go to Africa to see the great migration; you can see it here! Taking the park's tour bus instantly feels like you've arrived on the vast African savannah. This is definitely one of the must-do trips you can't miss when visiting Melbourne!

We greatly enjoyed the tour with our guide Rick! The Werribee Mansion was amazingly beautiful! The gardens around it are perfect for picnic. The interior is stunning and perfectly well maintained. Each room has audio guides and texts of little stories about it. I felt like I was in a Jane Austen book! The vast State Rose Garden in the area was in full bloom at late December/early January! The food at the Lancemore Cafe in the mansion was delicious too! The Werribee Zoo's Safari ride was quite nice, we got to see giraffes, bisons, zebras, rhinos, and some lions at the zoo walking trails. It was a comfortable and memorable experience.

purchasing the ticket and converting it to the park ticket was pretty smooth. park was nice but better to get there early and ride the free safari tour which takes around 40mins. The tour guide was funny as well and you won't get bored. seeing the animals up close was definitely amazing

very easy redemption and good choice to choose this. the only downside is that although the zoo opens at 9am, the trails only open at 9:30am. so don’t go too early.
