We had a great time with Alex. He was a knowledgeable guide, and he was very encouraging and patient during our hike up to the lookout. He gave clear expectations for the hike and offered to drop off one passenger at the lodge as she opted out of the hike. Alex went beyond our expectations by reaching out the next day and returning a hat we left on the vehicle.

The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious , especially the abalones and lobsters. Portions were generous and everything was well prepared. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere on board. A perfect mix of sightseeing and dining. Highly recommend for seafood lovers!

This tour is really mostly attended by older people, very peaceful, you can buy the cheapest seats, and you can move around at any time, to the deck or the captain's room. The scenery wasn't too impressive, maybe because I don't understand the history and plants. But the whole trip was very comfortable and relaxing, slowing down to enjoy the breeze and daydream.

Very convenient for travelers without transportation to Mt. Wellington. The stop at the summit is about half an hour, and it feels like leaving too soon.
