The best booking agency EVER!!! Don’t hesitate and book this three day adventure!!!! Even though our third day has been canceled due to the typhoon coming our driver Elizer has been absolutely phenomenal! He kept us informed, safe, kind, funny, and all of the above! His driving is incredible! Along with our other tour guides, Kristine who helped us through our first day at the city tour, she was so informative and kind! Our canyoneering activity was led by the two most amazing guides that kept me and my 65 year old dad as safe as could be and we had the most fun! Ken and Jobert were incredible they deserve the most applaus, that is not an easy journey to tour people down the falls and they did that with excellence and precision, still while maintaining our safety and ensuring we had fun! Ken is newer with 6 months under his belt but it was like he was doing this for years! His mom that cooked us our meal before we went was INCREDIBLE! We appreciate you so much! And are so thankful!

Our driver in Cebu, Owen, provided attentive and dedicated service. He always made sure to drop us off right at the door, and he was always willing to help us with any questions or issues we had 👍! We had a very happy and safe canyoneering experience. There were 7 of us in total (3 children + 2 slightly scared moms + 2 dads). We rented two GoPros from them, and they had a total of 9 instructors who accompanied us throughout the three-hour canyoneering trip. The whole experience was fun and funny. They were worried we might get hurt when the water was too rapid, so they often used themselves as human shields to ensure we could enjoy the water safely. Thank you so much to the instructors! The boatmen at the whale shark encounter were also great at taking pictures. The whale sharks were so big and cute, definitely worth seeing 👍.

the location is nice, very near to shops, malls, food spots, and convenience stores. the view of the city is great as well.

March 5-7, suite room... March 7-8, this was the last-minute booking. Only a superior room was available, so that's what we booked. The room was still nice, even though it was a superior one. It was clean. I especially loved their bath gel; it smelled so good! 💕💕

I’m very happy with my stay because I was able to check in early, which was a huge plus. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax right away. The location is also excellent because there’s a 7/11 conveniently located on the ground floor, and Ayala Center is just a 10-minute walk for me. If you’d rather not walk, you can easily catch a 13C jeepney across the road. I also appreciated the flexibility for a late check-out. For an additional 600 pesos, I was able to stay until 6 PM, which was worth it since I didn’t want to head to the pier too early. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. It’s clean, convenient, and offers great value for money.

perfect for a family budget tight experience ,the room is spacious and clean, food is great overall experience is great. staff are friendly and 24-hour services is being offered. hotel location: heart of the city transport access: easiest near buses and jeepney breakfast: great and affordable cleanliness: clean and comfy service:great also ,the staffs are accommodating and friendly

We had a great experience from checkin, daily breakfast buffet and they are easy to contact for any help needed. The location is nice and near osmena circle, pungko pungko sa fuente and robinsons mall.

this Red Planet Branch is sooo thumbs up for me. their guards were so polite and helpful, their receptionist were so accommodating and very patient in entertaining my questions. their housekeeping also maintin the cleanliness in the room. theres 7/11 adjacent to the building, ayala mall and metro supermarket is walking distance from the mall. If i will going to visit Cebu again, i will still choose this hotel.
