We had a great time on this tour! Our driver, Sir/Kuya Otoy, was excellent—very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating.
We were a group of five with two seniors, so I requested a lighter itinerary to make the trip more comfortable. Instead of following the full original schedule, we just opted for the following : visited Simala, bought pasalubong in Carcar, had lunch at House of Lechon, then continued to Sirao, Temple of Leah, and TOPS. He was very flexible and supportive of our adjustments.
He’s also a skilled driver—we had a smooth ride throughout (no one felt dizzy), and he navigated the routes really well.
The travel agency was also responsive and easy to coordinate with. They provided all the necessary details a day before the trip, which made everything seamless.

So happy to have ticked one on my to-do-list! This is truly a one of a kind experience. Full of adrenaline! Conquered my fear of heights ziplining and jumping into the water! MCRICH (and Gelou my guide) did an amazing job for this unforgettable experience! I can do this over and over again. 👍👍👍

The canyoneering tour at Badian and Kawasan Falls in Cebu was absolutely incredible! I never expected this ordinary mountain rafting trip to be so unique and unforgettable. The scenery is breathtaking, the waterfalls are stunningly impressive, and the water is crystal clear and pristine. During the tour, I also met two lovely new friends. We took photos together, explored the canyon hand in hand, and had such a wonderful time chatting and laughing along the way. This route is perfect for water lovers and adventure seekers. I highly recommend this experience to every traveler visiting Cebu. If I get the chance, I will definitely bring my family and friends back here again.

It was great experience from booking to pickup to the whale watching itself, our driver Kuya Joramie was very friendly and accomodating. he drove with utmost safety and care. ate Malyn who helped us during the whale watching was very kind to look after our stuff, ensure we get the queue and have an amazing experience. Kuya Joramie was very kind to do a stop over in Carcar for us to buy some lechon Cebu! awesome and flawless experience all in all.

Sir Mark of McRich is easy to talk to. Kuya Marlon was our driver. He. arrived 30 minutes earlier. Smooth driving, not too slow, not too fast. Unfortunately, we didnt see the whaleshark nor embark on a boat. Sir Mark advised that they will process partial refund. We will wait for that. then we went to Tumalog falls, had our lunch then went to Moalboal. all our guides were professional and funny. we had so much fun. this tour is worth it even though we were sad that our Russian guests didnt encounter any whalesharks(((

Amazing day-use experience! The facilities were excellent, the infinity pool was beautiful, and the staff provided outstanding service. The resort offers a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere with breathtaking views. Definitely one of the best places to spend a day in Mactan. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

how can I describe this experience... sobrang sulit ng Day Pass. EVERYTHING FEELS LUXURIOUS!!!! the place is amazingly huge 😂 walang sirang facility, food is good, customer service is great. I WILL COME BACK HERE!!!

Great solo night-use experience! The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were very accommodating. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the view, and have some quiet time. Highly recommended for a solo escape. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great experience for my family especially for my daughter who is scared of animals. It was a good step for her to face her own fears and she enjoyed her visit at Ocean Park Cebu it will be a birthday she will always remember.
