Very easy to check-in and check-out off. Accomodating staff. Has available private parking. Easy access to transport lines. has food choices outside. So close to a mall. Quiet and quaint. Perfect for a quick stay to just sleep and go. Mirrors and lamps need cleaning.

Very good value for money! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect since it’s very near the mall and lots of places to eat. I was pleasantly surprised because, considering the affordable price, the hotel looks really decent and well-maintained. Unlike other budget inns that can feel old or musty, Hop Inn was clean, fresh, and comfortable. Transportation is also very convenient. There are public buses passing right in front of the hotel, and there’s a waiting shed just outside, so getting around was easy. The service was good too. The staff were nice and accommodating, and we had a smooth and pleasant stay overall. For the price, I really have no complaints. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu, I would definitely recommend Hop Inn. I’d stay here again!

The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a prime location in Ayala that makes everything easily accessible. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Ayala Center Cebu, and there’s a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or running. A 7‑Eleven right beside the hotel adds extra convenience. I tried their in‑room dining service and was pleasantly surprised—the food was both affordable and delicious. I also appreciated the free water refilling stations available on every floor. The staff and management were very accommodating and understanding, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Cebu.
